Very cozy, with an amazing back yard. Close to downtown and hiking trails. We were able to go to the grocery store half mile away and cook meals. Definitely going to come back.

Beautiful little cottage in Flagstaff offering all the amenities you could ask for. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops and lots of hiking opportunities. Only a two-minute walk to the Sunday Farmer's Market which is one of the best we've seen. Our dog enjoyed her walks through the neighborhood as well as exploring the fully-fenced backyard. The house was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and street parking was not an issue. We would not hesitate to return if our future travel plans bring us to Flagstaff.

We would go back there again. This place was perfect for 2 people. We slept in the master bedroom, and used the guest bedroom as a dressing room. Huge king size bed, very comfortable. We cooked most breakfasts there, and had no trouble finding pans and dishware and basic coffee pot. Very clean kitchen. Gas stove. The elec. dishwasher is incredibly quiet. We loved that it's just a few blocks from downtown. All in all, this was a winner.

Location was great, easy walk into historic downtown Flagstaff, restaurants, and shopping. I wish I would have known about this neighborhood before, our son is a graduating senior. Close to NAU. House was great, beds were comfortable, place was clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (We cooked several times). Host was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again. We did not bring our lab but will next time. Yard was secure and house was very pet friendly.

It was just the perfect size house for my hubby and I along with our small dog. Had all of the essentials we needed and so close to downtown Flagstaff as well. Very quiet neighborhood too. The yard is fenced in which was perfect for our dog. Todd, the Host always go to us promptly whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Easy walk to downtown and Sunday Farmers’ market. Kitchen was well equipped - plus lots of nice dishes and glasses. Bowls for the canine provided! Very clean property. Comfortable bedroom. Even the bathroom was well stocked - hot water no problem. Nice towels Enjoyable backyard - large table and chairs made it easy to sit outside. Safe protected parking within yard! We look forward to booking this property next year!

Another lovely stay at our favorite VRBO. A new sofa added to the comfort of the living room. The kitchen as usual was well stocked. Lots of plugs and ports for charging gadgets. Sometimes the toilet is a little sluggish and as 80 y/o’s we sure would like to have one of the taller toilets.Todd is always quick to respond.Thanks for another stay and look forward to coming again next summer.
