This fabulous 8 bed 7 bath property is located in the high end community just 6 miles from Disney. This property has no rear neighbors as it backs onto an open green space, giving peace & privacy. There is also solar pool&spa heating control system for efficiency. The first floor is open plan and tiled making it desirable for easy living. The kitchen has granite counter tops and breakfast bar, which is convenient for the dining area. The living area has a custom wood-wall feature with under lighting. The huge sectional is situated to give lovely views out over the upgraded pool deck & spa. The lanai provides a perfect shaded area for dining and relaxing in the beautiful Floridian weather. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the first floor and a further 6 beds and 5 baths on the second floor. There is an open loft area which provides additional seating to enjoy movies or games for all the family. The large upstairs master has a double vanity & huge shower. Arcade games and pool table in the garage to guarantee extra fun for all.
Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and English.

Vacaciones

La casa muy buena limpia amplia y en buena zona y seguridad ahora La piscina y el jacuzzis no calentaron nunca me decían que iban a mandar a alguien que nunca llegó que también cobraban por eso 40 $ al final me dijeron que no funcionaba también hubo que recoger la basura y botarla porque sino te cobraban 25 $ por bolsa y las toallas también recógelas y dejarlas apiladas cuando te cobran un fee por cleaning primera vez y que me pasa y me parece injusto ya que estoy acostumbrada a rentar casas vacacionales no creo que volvería a rentar la misma propiedad

Weekend Getaway

It was the perfect place for a group of friends to get together for the weekend. The Game Room was an added bonus. We initially scheduled the wrong dates, and management was quick to help us correct the mistake without any trouble. The place was clean, and instructions for checkout were very clear and helpful. Thank you so much for the great time!
