On a quiet street with a bike path, yet close to many parks and plazas as Thays Park and Plaza Francia. Close to theaters, Recoleta Cemetery, Obelisco, and main Avenues like Callao, Libertador, 9 de Julio, Santa Fe, Arenales, Corrientes, Las Heras with near access to taxis, bus, train and underground lines. Recoleta is also considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires.

My little apartment is a second home for us to enjoy while visiting family and friends and now open to share with guests. I have been a very successful host previously for over 10 years in Kauai Hawaii USA with a couple of second homes until Covid19 forced their lengthly and final closures. As an Owner/Host, I am a your main point of contact from the beginning till the end, readily available via WhatsApp or email.

I have been raised and with still family mostly in Recoleta, I acquired this apartment years ago to bring my American family to visit often and to enjoy my Argentinian roots.

Elegant, French style small building, in an excellent central and classy location of Recoleta. Recently renovated like new, spacious, bright, fully equipped apartment for a comfortable stay in a safe and quiet area of Buenos Aires.
