Enjoy this modern 1100 sqft 1960s ranch house in Centennial. Curated with eclectic decor, this home includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. There is plenty of space for guests to stretch out and relax during your stay with the whole family at this stylish place.
Centennial is a quiet and safe area - an easy commute to Denver. This home is an amazing 5-minute drive to The Streets at Southglenn and the Arapahoe Entertainment District, two local hotspots for good eats, drinks, and shopping, and a 5-minute walk to Willow Spring Open Space for wildlife viewing and hiking.

Snuggle up for a movie night in front of a SMART TV in one of the two living rooms in the upper and lower levels of the house with Roku access to stream to your heart's content.
Cook a delicious meal in our renovated 1960s kitchen followed by drinks in the backyard patio as the sun sets. Or venture out to the nearby Streets at Southglenn for a variety of delicious eateries and enjoy their free summer outdoor concert.
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the cleaner's closet which is locked up.
