You will love "The Creature Comforts House" managed by Southern Valley Homes. This adorable house feels like you're staying in a cabin in the woods with all the comforts of home featuring an oversized living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and supplied with everything you need for a great stay. We also gladly welcome up to 2 of your furry friends and have amenities like a privacy fenced in backyard for them to enjoy!

This private house has a fully furnished kitchen for all your cooking needs, a coffee station with complementary coffee, attached 2 car garage, great wifi and free washer and dryer use. There are 2 tv's to entertain your family- one in the living room and one in the master bedroom with Disney+, HULU and ROKU channels or log into your own accounts. Outside you will find a Privacy Fenced in Backyard, perfect for your dogs to play in. The driveway can accommodate up to a 20' trailer if you are coming for the Perry National Fairgrounds & Agriculture Center. A smart lock on the front door allows you to check-in at your convince after your check in time with ease.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. This is a very comfortable home with all the necessities for an extended stay. The backyard is fenced and perfect for our dogs to run about safely. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

The host was extremely prompt in communicating with me. The area was very nice and quiet. The house was also very nice. It was exactly what we need to spend time with my wife’s elderly father that we hadn’t been able to see in several years.

Great place

My friends and Icame for a women's conference. We only stayed one night, but it was a great place. We had plenty of room and able to meet together which would have been difficult if we had stayed in a hotel. Highly recommend for small group.

Meet the owner Chris- He lives locally on several acres out in the country with his family. They have a mini-farm with chickens, goats, dogs and gardens. His wife Denise makes the best goats milk soap!!
Meet the property manager Cheryl- She also lives locally and is the owner of Southern Valley Homes. She manages several Short Term Rentals in the area and absolutely loves hosting. Her and her family live just a little south in Perry, GA where she loves watching her kids play sports and working in the garden. Cheryl also has chickens and ducks- this IS Georgia after all!! LOL
