I am from NH, but my family has been to FL every year since I was 13, and I personally lived in the Orlando area for 8 years in my 20's. I now live back in NH with my husband, 3 children, and 3 dogs. My parents own the rental properties that I manage and I also work for them at my day to day job.
Family I would say is very important, and that is why I got into managing there properties. I love giving guests a place to travel with their families that feels like a home away from home. I pride myself on being available by phone or text right away and if anything needs to be addressed I address it as quickly as I can, even if it involves me driving over in the middle of the night or having our handyman out the same day.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet and on one of the few dirt roads in the area, but is still close to all the stores that you need including Market Basket, Marshalls, Hannaford, Walmart, Tractor Supply, Dunkin Donuts, Dominoes, and gas stations, just in Rindge, but is also very close to Jaffrey and Peterborough for even more restaurant options as well as trails for walking or hiking. It is also located very close to Franklin Pierce College and not to far to Keene State College for those people that are in town to visit their students or do college tours.
What makes this property unique
We fully rehabbed the property and paid attention to every detail, measuring every piece of furniture and redesigning the kitchen and bathrooms multiple times in order to take advantage of every square foot in the small existing house.
My parents bought the house a few years ago and we had been renting it out to a full time tenant when they decided to remodel it to be able to use in the summer for our family and rent it out as a short term rental during the cooler months.
The first thing that sold the property was obviously the lake and the view from the living room and enclosed porch, but also the lot sloping towards the water to provide the uninterrupted view. It also was a larger lot for being on the water, and the pond that it is on is one of the ponds in the area that allows motorized boats.
Inside we again tried to utilize every inch that we could, going so far as to fit a bunk bed in the second bedroom, and heating the enclosed porch to make it a full year round room where there is an additional sectional that pulls out into a bed as well.
Our family loves to spend as much time as we can at the property using the kayaks, and just spending time together inside playing games, visiting, and on cooler nights hitting the electric fireplace on, and just enjoying the home.
