IMPORTANT NOTE: The Kauai Beach Resort is currently undergoing some renovations that will continue until July 2026. The hotel's lobby is under renovation now, which is affecting mainly the way you do the check-in, as they have moved the front desk to an alternative entrance, which you will be guided to by the hotel staff. When in your room, you can't hear noises from its remodel at all, as they are far from our unit, so you should be able to rest well, if the weather says it will rain you will still get a nice sun as well as it is a tropical place, but if you plan on doing hiking, bring your hiking boots for your safety. We ask that if you have any issues to contact us first, and we will coordinate with the hotel to fix it so you can have a better experience and do not have to wait for help. The TV was just upgraded, but we regret to inform you that the hotel is still working on its wifi connection for the TVs specifically, so you will not be able to use the Apps there, but we have good channels, including cartoons for kids and sports in general.

Located in building 3 of Kauai Beach Resort and Spa, a 4-star resort in the perfect location. Just a short 10-minute drive to the airport and Lihue town, yet located right on Kauai beach. The resort includes two pools, two hot tubs, beach bar, gym, 2 restaurants, concierge/lobby service, and even a water slide!

We purchased this room after we fell in love when staying at this hotel ourselves, and can provide feedback and recommendations! This hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport and Lihue city but feels secluded, private, and romantic. It is a great starting point to see all the best hikes, kayaking, and beach relaxation in Kauai.

The host had good communication, the unit was clean and well-maintained. The resort is doing some remodeling so there was some inconvenience with access to the room and noise in the restaurant. Also one of the jacuzzis was out of order.

The property was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location is fantastic. Communication by the owner was timely. They suggested spots to visit, and were very accomodating. I would stay at the property again, and recommend it to friends.

Excellent location and resort

The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is a room at a resort with two queen beds just as described, although I felt it was roomier than I expected. The check in was easy with someone at the front desk 24/7, a concierge to help plan outings, a restaurant, several pools (water not heater, but this didn’t bother the kids) and a beach to see sunrises/sunsets from. The lanai faces a greenbelt so there is privacy and the location is such that you can see the water. The property manager is very responsive to any question. This was our first time on Kaua’i, but from what I have seen of the other resorts, I would choose to stay at this location again.
