Horrible Place

Dirty, 1/4" of fungus growing in toilet, no dishes, no glasses couldn't even brush our teeth, trash left in room, stepped on wood screw, carpet filthy. Tried to refuse room but no others were available or were up steps to second floor. Couldn't do 2nd floor because no elevator in those buildings and wife is handicapped and they knew this when I booked the room. Trash cans outside were overflowing, dirty diaper laying by the entrance door. Dumpster stacked to overflowing and huge pile of trash bags on the ground. No soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper (had to go buy my own). Could not fix breakfast as the kitchen was stripped. Room smelled. Explanation was room was ready to be remodeled. Then it shouldn't have been rented in that condition. We should have gone to another motel, but it was late, we had been driving all day and we had two pets with us. So we sprayed Lysol, cleaned and made do, but, I WILL NEVER STAY WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
