The description and pictures of the facility didn’t match the actual location. It gave the impression that the rooms were adjoining. The pool never opened for the year. There was a kitchen with no useful kitchen utensils. The one room had us sticking to the floor. Our carpet had burn marks. No service, had to take towels and linen to lobby to exchange when new ones needed. Front desk staff didn’t do anything to make anything better. The pool was a big disappointment. I’m a lap swimmer and a pool was advertised.
