This gorgeous house offers 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It can accomplish 11 people with all the luxury beddings. Fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true for people who love to cook. There is huge green outdoor and furnished patio to relax and enjoy beautiful Texas weather.

- Any loud noises reported by neighbors will result in a $300 fine per occurrence.
- We have to be respectful to our neighbors.
- Absolutely no parties will be tolerated - your RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED - NO EXCEPTION PLEASE!
- No Loud Music
- No Drugs, No Weapons allowed on the premises or garage.
- No congregating in front of the home.
- No smoking in the home including vape. If you need to smoke please smoke outside in the backyard and please throw your butts out in the garbage.
Birthday parties, baby showers, permitted with a restriction on the number of people staying over and coming over to the home. Please check with us prior to booking.

The home was very cute and we appreciated it was so clean.the master bed was very comfortable. I was a bit disappointed there were not instructions about WiFi, or about what we needed to do when we left. There also was not a hair dryer or soap in the home. We had to buy these items once we got to the home.

The property was very clean, and the check in process was easy. I would’ve like more towels at the property as we stayed for 3 nights but it wasn’t bad. There wasn’t any trash bags in the big trash can, so we had to take our stuff outside but we didn’t mind. I’d suggest restocking on those things before guests arrives. The pool sticks tips were missing and there was no chalk for the pool table. That was the main reason we chose the property, and it was a little off putting by the condition of the sticks. But we made it work of course. The home is beautiful but the neighborhood/street it’s on can be a little uneasy for some guests (it was not an issue for us). Not far from downtown or the Dallas love field airport. But it wasn’t in a tourist Dallas area if that’s what you are looking for. Host was very responsive and overall we did enjoy our stay.
