About this property

This condo is located at North Peak building two. Great location on the mountain and in the complex. Nice cozy living area for everyone to wind down after a long day on the slopes. North Peak also have an outdoor heated pool. Ski in Ski out condo with full kitchen. Bedroom one has a queen bed. Bedroom two has two sets of bunk which is four twin beds. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living area. One full bath. Renters also have a ski locker available. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental had all of the amenities. Comfortable and in a great location. The unit had a consistent must smell and could use a bit of updating but served the purpose nonetheless.
