Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that our property was the perfect setting for your early Christmas celebration with your family. It’s great to know you found plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy your time together. We’d be delighted to host you again in the future!

we tried our best within our possibilities, two days before your checkin you asked for cancellation we informed you that we could not cancel with a refund because we would not have time to rent the house to someone else, we could change the reservation date but a guest did not want to, she she didn't cancel and she didn't go to our house, the house was available to her for the whole period which made it impossible for us to rent it to someone else and then she wanted to refund it it wasn't fair, if she asked for the cancellation and the vrbo didn't give it it's not our fault, but we can't go out of our way either, we never had this kind of problem, we always try to help as much as possible, but also without modifying ourselves, I made it possible to change the date and she didn't want to and didn't cancel it either, we're sorry about that, but we're good reviews and you can see our comments

We’re very glad to hear that the layout worked well for your group and that you found the home comfortable and well-equipped — especially the beds and spacious areas! We sincerely appreciate your note about the bathroom floors and the leak in the downstairs shower. Our operations team has already been informed so we can address these issues promptly. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you and your family back in the future!
