EAGLE BEACH - OCEAN FRONT LUXURY CONDO - AMAZING VIEWS!

This modern and spacious condominium is located on the beach front at Eagle Beach which is rated one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. From the condominium you have wonderful views of the white sandy beach, turquoise water and spectacular sunsets.

The condo is registered and certified by the Aruba Tourism Authority which has implemented a strict set of protocols to ensure enhanced cleaning practices and social distancing measures.

Tastefully decorated, the condo has an extra large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. It offers 2 double bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with twin beds. Each bedroom has a large built–in cupboard with ample space and the Queen bedroom has a wall mounted TV. There is a full modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer. The living/dining area is spacious with comfortable settees and chairs and has a panoramic sea view.

There is a separate glass top dining table with chairs for more formal dining. The lounge has a wall mounted 55’’ Smart TV with free cable system and broadband wireless internet connection. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and large breakfast bar with bar stools. The lounge area opens on to a large L shaped balcony with tables and chairs enabling you to eat and drink outside in comfort. There is also a further guest wash room. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The resort facilities include four large swimming pools, pool decks with lounge chairs and palapas (sunshades), tennis, padel, pickel and raquet ball courts, gym, saunas, children’s playroom, business centre and management office.

The condominium is situated in the low rise area. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, hotels/resorts, casinos and health/beauty spas. It is also minutes away from the Robert Trent 18-hole golf course and only 5 minutes away by car to the high rise area with many hotels, restaurants, bars, night clubs, casinos, cinemas, live theatre and health/beauty spas.

The capital Oranjestad with its duty free designer shops, restaurants, bars, casinos, museums and picturesque harbour is only 10 minutes away and the Reina Beatrix airport is 15 minutes. There is a bus stop outside the resort and taxis are readily available.

Aruba is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy what the friendly island has to offer. It is outside the hurricane belt and has an all year round tropical climate so you can visit any time of the year without a worry. What more can you wish for!

Great location and condo

Really enjoyed our stay. Solid collection of needs provided. We had our own snorkeling equipment, but they had some, plus beach chairs, beach towels, and a fully loaded kitchen. Also, we were spoiled… Eagle Beach a few steps out the door is one of the nicest beaches. The beaches near the tower hotels are far less pleasant!Communicative and helpful staff and owners. If I could buy this unit, I would!

Beautiful, clean, and well appointed condo in great location at Eagle Beach. The condo is even nicer than the pictures! The furniture and beds were comfortable, and it was SO well stocked, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, floaties, and snorkeling equipment. The owners were wonderful at communicating and sent detailed instructions with lots of helpful tips about Aruba. The condo complex had several beautiful pools (the nearest one to the condo was the quieter one- just as nice as the main pools but not as busy- easy to get loungers in the shade)- and the beach just across the street was beautiful and not at all crowded- especially compared with the packed areas in front of adjacent resorts. There is also a gym, business center, and game room just outside our building. HIGHLY recommend!!

Beach view condo

Great location, beautiful views. Condo has everything that you need. Pool is just in front of the condo, and the beautiful beach is just across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

This property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your vacation. Perfect place to unwind. Pool area was beautiful and quiet. Chairs were always available, unlike many resorts we have stayed at in Aruba previously. We would definitely return to this property again!

17 day stay at Oceania

Stayed with our (young) family for an extended amount of time and had an absolute blast. The pool was great for our kids, and the quick walk across the street to the beach couldn’t have been better. The condo was spotless upon arrival and nice and comfortable with the a/c set. It was extremely hot during our stay, in the 90’s with minimal breeze 24/7 so it was a nice place to come take a break during the day. Any issue the owners resolved in short time. We will be booking with them again!

Steps from the beach

Great home away from home. The owners are wonderful and easy to work with. The condo is beautiful and well kept. Everything you need for your stay they have thought of and have it available for you. The condo is located just steps from the beach and a great place to view the sunset. Ted and Marilyn can count on us coming back.

Best Beach on the Island

We just returned from Aruba and our stay at this location was amazing! The condo is very spacious and very clean! The view from the condo is amazing! We loved the location! We had fantastic communication with Ted and Marilyn. Anytime we had a question they responded very quickly. We would highly suggest anyone looking at this property to stay here. All of the people on the property were very nice and courteous! We felt very safe on the island and are looking forward to a return visit! Perfect in every way

The owner of this property thought of everything. They even provided shopping bags so we wouldn’t have to purchase at the local market. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture in the sitting room. Great views and perfect location. The pool on this side is much quieter than the other.

We were greeted by Anna the minute we arrived at the property. Anna provided an informative overview of the property. She was so incredibly friendly! The property was delightful! It was clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful! Great location; close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. We felt so safe! Top-Notch!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aruba! This condo is located directly across from Eagle beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and conveniently close to a Super Food Market and the downtown. We enjoyed the 4 pools, use of the 2 fitness rooms and tennis courts. When we arrived a property manager greeted us and walked us through the entire condo and also provided excellent recommendations for shopping, eating, and activities. This was an excellent place to stay!

Perfection

We just returned from Aruba and stayed at Oceania. Apartment was amazing, it has all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation including the best view. This condominium has the PERFECT location, a few minutes walk to Eagle Beach. We rented a car and traveled the whole island, visited many beaches but personally Eagle Beach was the best one, our favorite! Lisa welcomed us, offered great recommendations, excellent restaurant all withing a short distance. Will definetly be visiting again soon!

Paradise

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this property, great access to the beach and pool area. We rented a car for the week, convenient assigned parking spot available. The beds were comfy, condo was very clean and had great amenities. We made dinner one night and had plenty of pots and pans /dishes. Beautiful veranda. Beach chairs and cooler/ice packs were provided which was amazing and convenient. Check in and check out process was smooth. Would certainly stay again!

A "Slice of Paradise"!

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful Condo - It just never disappoints!! Everything from the Booking to the Return of the Security Deposit flows smoothly and efficiently. The Condo itself is immaculate and supplied with everything you need for your stay (w/ the exception of Groceries that can be bought at SuperFoods, a short Taxi ride away). Eagle Beach is the focal point but the Pools are amazing also! I know we'll be back - Love this Island !!

Relaxing and Beautiful

Such a stunning view upon walking in. It was so nice that there were items available for us to use during our stay, such as chairs and a cooler to take to the beach, swim floaties and pool noodles, even bags for going to the grocery store. We also were thankful for the spices and condiments that were available as well. We loved the pool and gym. Security staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a question and the owners responded immediately and were so friendly. Amazing vacation!

Felt like a second home, beautiful apartment and facilities

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the furnishings were tasteful and in good condition. There were enough supplies to get us started the first day, and we replenished during our stay, and the property manager guided us in our shopping, and offered excellent local advice that we used throughout our stay. The veranda was the most comfortable place for morning coffee, and the view is spectacular. The beach chairs were especially helpful, and we used them every day. The pools, the gym and the staff were also top notch. It's a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, but right on Eagle beach, absolutely perfect!

Comfortable condo in a great location.

This condo looks exactly the same in person as it does in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were comfortable with great closets. Perfectly located at Eagle beach, away from the crowds and close to the supermarket . The pools were never crowded, always clean and they are pretty big. There are beach chairs and a cooler in the condo that we used every day. We are a family of 4, with a 13 & 14 years old and the condo was spacious enough for everyone. We are very happy with our choice. It was great vacation!

Pleasant stay.

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is clean, and comfortable. Has all appliances and kitchenware. Located on the third floor. The resort was quite empty (March, 2021) which was a plus for covid distancing. Located across the road from Eagle Beach which is wide and with nice sand. This part of the beach was not crowded at all, so umbrellas (palapas) were always available. There is a nice paved path along the beach for evening walks. Resort is well maintained, pools are clean and empty. Resort is gated, so parking is safe. Property management agents are very welcoming and available to advice.

Great Time!

It is a very nice condo. The view to the right is nice-pretty views of the complex and Eagle Beach beyond. The left view is of a construction site, but it can be over looked since since the rest is so lovely. Lots of space in the kitchen and living area. The complex is super-very well kept. It feels very safe as well. The pools are great and clean. The walk to Eagle Beach takes just a couple of minutes and is really easy even with chairs and beach bags. We walked to both Passions and Mangos for dinners, but the 5 minute drive to Madame Jeanette is worth it. It was a delicious dinner! There are lots of grocery stores close by as well. Ling and Sons was our favorite. Communicating with the owners was easy and they responded promptly each time.

Convenience and comfort!

We are very happy with our decision to stay in Ted & Marilyn's condo!! We had all the comforts of home conveniently located to beautiful Eagle Beach and the numerous restaurants on Palm Beach. We rented a car so it was a quick 5 minute drive to Palm Beach where there was plenty of parking available. One of my favorite restaurants is Azzurro at Playa Linda. Delicious Italian seafood with amazing views of the sunset! We did not cook dinners at the condo but kitchen is stocked with everything you need should choose to dine in. We did love the fact that there were beach chairs - 4 to be exact - and noodles for floating in the crystal clear waters of Eagle Beach. We had no issues securing a shady spot under one of the numerous sun huts on the beach in front of the condo complex. The same is true should you decide to relax poolside. We loved our stay and are certain you will too! Thank you Marilyn and Ted for making the process so easy and for sharing your beautiful condo!!

Truly Enjoyable

Just got back from a week's stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. Met at the door of the unit by Nancy who gave us a full tour as well as suggestions of restaurants, stores and vendors. The condo was very neat and clean with all the starters you need walking in the door and the kitchen had every appliance, pots, dishes that you would ever need. And the deck was a fantastic spot to catch the sunsets. The pools were perfect and we used the exercise equipment as well. Eagle Beach isn't as crowded as the high and low rise areas, but located within 2 miles of each for easy access if you want the crowds, tours and stores. We rented a car for 2 days and visited all areas of the island and loved the snorkel trip with Pelican Adventures. We ate out for most dinners with many places offering a 3 course special before 7 pm. Our favorite was Waka Waka, which is walking distance (1.5 miles) and off the circle. Their Grouper and Filet were marvelous! Nancy was there again at the end to check us out, and it was great getting our deposit refunded in just 2 days!! We'd go back in a heartbeat!

Great condo!

My wife and I stayed at Ted and Marilyn's condo for 11 days at the end of April and the beginning of May. The condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was immaculate, had a great view and was located at the end of the building which was perfect. The condo was equipped with everything you could need. We have stayed at many condos and we rank this one as one of our best. Eagle Beach was great and we always were able to get a palapas no matter what time of day it was. It was never crowded and was perfect for the relaxing days at the beach we enjoy. This was our first trip to Aruba and we will definitely return. We have traveled to other islands in the Caribbean and other countries and have found our experience in Aruba to be one of our best. Ted and Marilyn made booking very easy and they answered every question we had quickly and to our satisfaction. When we arrived late in the evening, Judy was there to meet us to let us in and show us the condo. When we needed to talk to her a couple of times during our stay, she was always available. I would highly recommend this condo for relaxation and enjoyment and a great beach experience.

Having travelled through much of the Caribbean, we found Aruba has the most to offer with its friendly people, beautiful white sandy beaches and fantastic all year round weather. The water is always warm and the sea at Eagle Beach is calm and good for swimming. The culinary skills of the chefs at the many reasonably priced restaurants are highly recommended and the variety of products at the supermarkets is some of the best in the Caribbean. The experience of staying in a condo on the beach front is so relaxing that you can really enjoy your vacation and appreciate the good things in life.
