About this property

Welcome to our Tiki Lounge! The master bedroom comes with a king bed, and 4pc ensuite. The second bedroom upstairs offers a queen bed and a 4pc ensuite. Second floor full laundry room. 3rd bedroom (with twin beds) is located on the main level, next to the dining/living room which the kitchen overlooks. Living room has a walk out to a rear patio/lanai. Each bedroom has its own Roku tv.

Only 3 miles to the gates of Disney, walking distance to the main HWY 192 for shops, restaurants, groceries. The resort is next door to Old Town/Fun Spot, which offers all day fun fo all ages. Our homes does have exterior camera's.
Activities such as car/bike cruise nights, go carts, rides and entertainment. Sea world / Discovery Cove are 8 miles and Universal / Islands of Adventure 13 miles. Kennedy Space Center is 68 miles and the nearest beach 70 miles.

Spend a day lounging the Regal Oaks community with the large swimming pool, hot tub and two water slides. Our community restaurant is next to the pool for all your snacks/drinks. Have an early morning workout at the fitness centre, or play a game of tennis at our private tennis court. Regal Oaks is a top rated resort community, designed with families in mind.

We live 10 minutes from the Resort, so if any guest has any issues, we are able to reply quickly.

Regal Oaks is located one block from the main 192 (Bronson Memorial), which offers loads of restaurants, shops and stores. Most are within walking distance. We are approx 2 miles to Interstate 4, which is the throughway north and south connecting you with all the attractions Kissimmee/Orlando offer. Less then 10 minutes up the highway is the Premium Outlet mall, and another 10 minutes north of that is Universal Studios and Adventure Island.
The gates to the Disney compound are on the 192, just 3 miles from Regal Oaks. Within the compound you have all the theme parks that Disney offers.
We are located just 40 minutes to Cocoa Beach and 1.5hrs to Clearwater Beach.

We are a couple blocks (easy walk) to the local bus system (On Bronson Memorial/192) which can take you around the kissimmee area. Located within the Old Town attraction next to us is a Budget and Avis rental company if you should choose a rental car for only a day or two.

Please note, that this is a self catering home. It is equipped with kitchen essentials, bath towels, pool towels and spare bed linens. There will be a basic set up of start up items (toilet paper, hand soap), it is the renters responsibility to ensure they bring enough toiletries, dish soap to satisfy themselves past the first day or two. We do not supply anything that is able to leave the house.

Efficient and great location (needs exterminator)

I’ll start by saying based solely on location we would stay here again. I would recommend an exterminator come in ASAP. Upon arrival we killed a roach on the kitchen counter and soon after prepping a meal discovered there were tiny ants in the kitchen (lots of them). We were unable to leave anything on the kitchen counters due to tiny ants. Also, the trash locker outside needs to be larger. We were not able to fit all trash in the bin. We checked in on Thursday and out on Sunday and not once was the trash bin emptied out: Therefore we had to leave some bagged trash in the condo upon departure. Bathrooms and Bedrooms were clean and efficient. Plenty of towels and washcloths on property for family. Spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids.

almost perfect

Everything was nice with only a couple of exceptions. Since we had a 2 year old and a 2 month old, the loud noise that came from the middle landing and the next stair up was grievous. In order to not make the loud noise We practically had to be contortionists. Also, the jacuzzi cover is filthy. Little wet hands got really dirty. I know you have no control over the neighbors, but several kids were running loose and sometimes getting on other peoples' patios. And the big pit bull that was allowed out at night without collar, leash or owner was a little unnerving. With all that being said, we will probably come back next year same time.

Fantastic Stay

The townhouse was very clean and in gated community. Minutes from Disney and tons of shops and restaurants. Definitely will be staying again!

We only 1/3 booked nights spent here.

I was not able to stay at the property because of flight cancellations and delays, but my wife spent 1 out of the 3 nights we booked. I can’t speak to any of the accommodations because I did not see the property myself, but my wife’s comments were: The house is ugly, and it’s very small. The pictures made it seem much bigger than it was. The hot tub makes it look like you’re on display for everyone to see.
