The Space:
Beautiful 3 Bedroom home with large Loft, and 2.5 baths. Excellent condition. The kitchen offers granite counters, wood cabinets, and a stainless appliance package, along with a large dining area just off of the kitchen. Upstairs is the large loft and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is quite sizable and has a very large walk-in closet with an attached bath that has a separate tub and shower and dual sinks installed. Bella Terra's Amenities offer something for longer term guests: resort style pool, hot tub, basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickle ball, gym, bocce ball, fitness center and covered playground. Conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and beaches. RSW Airport is only 20 minutes away.

BEWARE!!! DECEPTIVE!!!

Get your pool pass in hand in advance. They got ours 26 days late!! They lie about it & the process. Many many things in townhome did not work; garage keypad, dishwasher, locks, ice maker, ants. Entire place filthy! Did take care of some issues but a true hassle to us. Sofas worn & uncomfortable, odor. No lamps in guest bedrooms. Sheets do not fit properly. Would not refund any money. We have never in 9 years of renting in FL had one issue ever.
