Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Settle on the plush sofa in the living room to host a great conversation or a movie night on the large TV. Prepare grand meals or beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Get a great night's rest in the main suite, which boasts a TV for private viewing, a lovely en suite bathroom, and a private entrance to the lanai. Enjoy lounging the days away on the lanai, stock the tiki bar, and swim your cares away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Needs a lot of cleaning.

The house as a whole was dirtier than I would expect a house that price to be. The bathroom floors still had hair and grime from previous guests, there was fingerprints all over the fridge, the area rugs by the sliding glass doors look like they haven't seen a washer in awhile, there was an empty Doritos chip bag behind one of the twin beds, old bandaids outside by the pool along with algae over the pool, and there was stains on all of the bed comforters. The pictures make it look very clean but I suppose anything can look good on a picture. It was conveniently close to restaurants and we highly recommend checking out Riverside Rooftop for a fun food experience and Wolf Moon for incredible croissants.

Great Place

This house has a pretty great location. It's not far from anything, and despite I-75 being nearby, you don't notice it. The neighbors are all quiet too. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. The garage even had beach gear, which was a great perk, and definitely came in handy. I also loved having the pool right there, and my kids said it was their favorite part. Between the pool being steps away, and all activities being minutes away, it made for a very relaxing vacation. If we are in the area again, we will definitely see if this place is available.

This house has a great location. You are minutes from pretty much anything you will want to do. The house was clean and well stocked, and the garage even had gear for the beach. Between the pool being steps away, and all activities being minutes away, it made for a very relaxing stay.

Dead hot tub

Nice house. Big issue was that hot tub heater did not work at all. Was told service people would show up on Wednesday, but was a no show. We specifically pick this home because of the hot tub. Other issues (tv, microwave plate) where handled promptly. All and all, minor things only othwuse. Extra hand soap and towels would be great.
