The house was perfect for my family of 5. Hosts were awesome and responded right away when messaged. The house was in a perfect spot few minuets from downtown Bonita and 10-15 minuets from the beach. Will definitely go again!

Our company needed a place for workers helping with the hurricane clean up. Our workers were very happy with the location, it was very clean and the area was close to were they were working. Communication with the owners was easy and were available at any time.

Nice getaway

Overall it was a great stay. The pool was clean, heated and nice to have if you just want to hang at the house. Short drive to beach, fort Myer’s or Naples. My biggest issue was the camper sitting just on the other side of the back fence. It overlooks the pool and the back of the house. There was someone staying in it so we felt like we did not have any privacy. We had to keep all of the curtains closed in the back which includes the master bedroom. The door to the camper approx 10 feet from the pool so I had to tell my kids to not be too loud and I was playing music from my phone one day and the person came out and shut the door of the camper. So I felt like we really had to be conscious of our noise level. Overall great stay but the people in the camper having direct sight to pool area and the house if the curtains were open made me uncomfortable.

Lovely

We had a wonderful stay! The house is lovely! The pictures are a true depiction of the house. It was clean and really well done. We appreciated all of the extra attention to detail and extra touches, such as things that were provided. Steve and Rachel are great hosts and easy to get a hold of, if needed. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Hi, we are Steve and Rachel Baptiste. We have 2 young children, Thomas (5) and Poppy (4), and a very beloved pug named Bizzy. We have lived in Bonita Springs for approximately 13 years and absolutely love the small beach town feel that Bonita provides. Steve, originally from South Carolina, is a graduate of Clemson University and owns and operates a successful pressure washing business. Rachel is originally from Indianapolis and is an avid scuba diver and Instructor. Together they own and operate a boutique property management company which manages several long term rentals in the area as well as 4 personal short term vacation rentals in multiple states. As a family unit we enjoy spending our time at the beach while Steve kiteboards, taking family trips to Disney in our fifth wheel RV, and spending time in the mountains at our home in North Georgia where steve is an avid endurance mountain biker rider. In all, we are a young adventurous family looking forward to share our properties with others.

Why they chose this property

This property is unique to us in many ways. This was our first home purchased in Florida back in 2010. We started our family here and spent many years making it our home. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and covered lanai with pool. In November 2020 we purchased our neighbor's home and moved next door. This was when we decided to turn this property into a rental. It has all the makings of a great vacation destination home; pool, proximity to downtown Bonita, proximity to beach, etc. We believe that any renter will enjoy this property as much as we have over the past decade.

What makes this property unique

In the process of flipping this beloved home into a vacation rental we have provided several updates, including, new roof, new paint on interior and exterior, privacy fencing, new electrical paneling and wiring, and pool heater. Several 'smart' updates have also been installed, including smart thermostats, keyless entry, and solar power on entire home.
