Host was very nice and responded promptly to questions. House was very comfortable with nice welcoming details and fully stocked for meal prep. Back yard was great for dogs and neighborhood lends itself to walking. It is close to beach and restaurants.

Cindy was extremely welcoming! She had snacks and waters for us and even had something special waiting for our pup :) The location is great with lots of stores and nice beaches. Our pup especially liked the dog beach that was close.

The property is super cute, clean and has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Cindy, the owner, is soooo amazing. She and I communicated before our arrival and she know I was bringing by little dog. She had a toy and treats for him, snacks and drinks for us too. We were very happy with the stay!

The host was amazing… responded right away no matter the question. Cindy left all kinds of goodies for us and our dog. It was a very clean and located near a lot of restaurants and a Publix within walking distance. We will be back if back in the area. Thank you Cindy for everything!

It is Non-Deeded community so there is no HOA telling me what I can and cannot do. The neighborhood is great to walk around and it’s less than 2 miles from the beach

What makes this property unique

I have the highest lot on in the neighborhood which is great when we have Hurricanes like Ian, Helene and Milton. I have a huge backyard
