Underwhelming

Fine place to stay if all you need is somewhere to sleep. Not a good setting for hanging out and spending time as a group indoors.

South bend house

Was a great place for our family to stay while traveling to south bend! Our only complaint was the rooms near the furnace got very warm at night

The property was cute and had a lot of space for my friends and I to stay for a weekend. Had a few maintenance issues with the house but host was very responsive.

We only stayed one night. The house was clean and served us fine. My only complaint would be some of the neighbors. They were setting off fireworks til 1am. It was the end of May. No one in our group was expecting that. No complaints with the house itself though.

Great overnight stay!

Our family (three kids, 9, 7, 5) had a great night here. The bunk beds were a hit! Spacious and great for spreading out, near anything we needed. Would definitely stay here afain

It’s a nice place.

Besides the carpet and couches being dirty and having dog hair everywhere. It was a decent place I would book again. And they get the backdoor fixed. Overall it was nice.

Great location for our event

Hosted my daughter's bridal shower here. This house gave us plenty of space for our party while also giving out of town guests a comfortable place to stay. Brian was helpful, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Very easy check in, rooms were nice, but listing states 2 queen beds common area, so we thought the sofa extended out to bed, not the case, no queen beds, and the microwave didnt work, but other than that it was a nice stay

Happy With This Rental

This house served our needs for a one night stay in South Bend. House was clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. It had plenty of towels and the bedrooms had black-out curtains, which we liked (in one bedroom the curtains were a bit small for the windows). The one bathroom was small but with only a one night stay, it worked fine for the 6 of us. My only wish is that there had more places to sit in the living room. But again, with just a one night stay (and we were not at the house very much) it was fine. It's a no-frills house but I would stay here again. Location to ND's campus was excellent!

ND game trip

The location was close to campus. The place smelled a little like animals and the garbage can was overflowing out front in the driveway. The listing said there was 4 bedrooms and a studio with two queens, but they wasn’t the case; it’s just 4 bedrooms. Overall, we didn’t spend a lot of time there, so it was a good place for sleeping. Having only one bathroom was a challenge with 10 people, but we knew that going into it. The host was quick to respond and super simple to work with.

Great space!

I was a little nervous about booking this house, since there wasn’t a picture of the outside of the house and we didn’t know the neighborhood. But the inside of the house was just as pictured and was very clean and spacious. The host was great at communicating and allowed us to bring our dog that is 60 pounds. If we had a question, the host answered immediately. We loved the large sectional sofa in the living room. The neighborhood felt safe and we were able to take our dog on a walk. We just wish the yard were fully fenced-in since it snowed and it would have been nice to let the dog out on her own. It was close to campus— only about an 8 minute drive to our daughter’s apartment across from the ND soccer field.

The property has a leaky roof over the one king bed in the house which made it unusable for our stay.The owner denies the roof leaks and will not refund us nor fix the roof. Would not recommend staying here

Lovely place to reconnect with family!

This was a beautiful home with great gathering spaces. Everyone in our party slept well on super comfy beds. We were able to connect to the Wi-Fi easily. The common rooms had space for the whole family and then some. Washer and dryer are available, though we didn't use them. There were even some games in the front closet in you need any. Very happy with this place to stay for our family reunion!

Nice home! Clean, good location, great yard!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and it was perfect. The home was extremely spacious and so was the yard. The decor was minimum which is ideal if you have kiddos traveling with you. All of the bedrooms and living room had smart TV’s, beds were comfy and host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Definitely recommend.
