Julia is an excellent host, communication was great. The house is beautifully decorated, everything is labeled so you don’t have to do the wild search to find what you’re looking for. The view of the lake is perfect and couldn’t ask for anything more. Looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely no complaints. The home was spotlessly clean…smelled fresh, etc. The bedding, towels, furniture… all like new. The bathrooms/showers were modern and spotless. There was absolutely no misrepresentation of any kind. What you see is what you get… and more! Julia was great and I have no problem giving Julia and her home the highest of compliments!

The place was as described and clean with plenty of amenities and accommodations. The space is useable and we had an average of 12 people each day and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space for eating, resting, sleeping and spending time together! We had an urgent family matter that came up unexpectedly and the host was empathetic and accommodating. Communication from start to finish was clear and host was very responsive. Will book again without a doubt!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! We truly enjoyed our family weekend in this comfortable house. We loved the location and found it easy to get to many areas around. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

This is our second time staying and we enjoyed it just as much as last time! We love the double deck for relaxing in or out of the sun. Clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home.

Such a beautiful property! Very relaxing and peaceful. When Sitting in the living room and looking out window it felt you were on a cruise ship ( which I love) Loved the morning coffees on the deck watching the sunrise and all the sounds of the lake. Love love love!!

Relaxing stay on a quiet lake

Our family of 4 stayed here with another family of 4 and had plenty of space. Both adult bedrooms have beautiful lakefront views. Had fun fishing, swimming, and hanging out on the huge porch. Even caught a northern pike on the 3rd day.

Perfect place for a Friendship Reunion

This home is lovely! Seven of us gathered to celebrate 50 years of friendship. There are multiple gathering spaces both inside and out for conversations while enjoying the view of the lake.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, had a well appointed kitchen all labeled and exceptionally clean. The two decks are awesome!! There is lots to do in the area in addition to just enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The driveway down to the house is fairly steep- just something to be aware of.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway with Great Location and Amenities!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property, especially the beautiful lake right behind it! Watching the sunrise and sunset by the water was such a peaceful and memorable experience. The cabin's convenient location near attractions like Letchworth State Park was a major highlight for us, as we visited Conesus, NY, to enjoy hiking there and exploring Rochester. The proximity to these spots made our trip even more enjoyable! The cabin itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had great amenities, including the fire pit, which added a cozy touch to our evenings!

Sweet Sojourn

This well positioned home on Lake Conesus, NY had tons of charm, and was more impressive in person. Outdoor decks and plenty of seating with access to the lake allowed us to spend the majority of our time where you should..looking at, or playing in the water. The host was great too.

Long weekend on the lake

My family and friends rented this house for a long weekend. It was absolutely perfect. The space was large enough for all of us, clean, and well laid out. The outside decks were inviting, spacious and really made our trip fantastic. We usually go to a new house every summer on the finger lakes but I am confident we will be returning here for years.

Great lake house!

Great house for 2 families- lots of separate areas, yet also has areas for everyone to hang out together. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Beautiful views from 2 main bedrooms. Porches were great areas for playing games, relaxing, or gathering around the easy-to-use gas fire pit. Julia was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lake house getaway!

A Great Place on the Lake

Everything about this place was as described in the listing only a little bit better! There is a dishwasher with wash tabs provided! The cleaning and cooking items were amply provided. It was neat and clean with plenty of towels, dish towels, cooking utensils, storage containers, bowls, coffee cups, glasses, and flatware. Everything worked great. The small bag of coffee was delicious and enough to get through the first day or two. The upstairs/downstairs zones heating and A/C functioned very well, and the refrigerator was plenty cold. W/D worked great. EVERYTHING worked, and there were several nice touches - electronic charging stations with both common chargers, an alarm clock (all clocks were set to the correct time). Barbecue and firepit both were easy to use. It is hard to cover all the good things about this place.

So many wonderful things have already been written about this beautiful location. Let me just reiterate how true they are! We had a wonderful stay in early May. Although initially the weather called for cooler, air and rain, the sun shined consistently, and the fire pit was a big help at night. We were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the beautiful lake. The kitchen was one of the most equipped kitchens I have ever stayed in! The knife sharpener provided sharp knives to cook with which is rare. The cabinets were filledwith plenty of options for both plasticware and stoneware. Outstanding! This is what five stars was made of!
