Great Location, Great Place
Overall, this was a great place for us to stay for two nights with our dog. The owner was very responsive and generous to let us check in a little early. The listing is exactly as it states on the website. We didn't use many things in the house outside of the coffee maker and shower, but it appears to be well appointed. Beds were fine and the furniture was comfortable. Ceiling fans worked great. From everything we could tell the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Close to downtown and the bar/food scene. Wifi and TV worked great. Minor critiques? It's an old house and the AC took a long time to catch up to a hot day. The first night was a bit miserable as the house was in the 80's on a 105+ degree day. Perhaps a better thermostat that the owner could use to cool the house down more pre-check in would be an nice upgrade. I'm dinging a star for the cleanliness factor. There were a lot of spider webs on the outside of the house. We understand creatures happen, but for someone with wife afraid of spiders, it was a constant issue of killing them and knocking down the webs. A little attention to the outside would be welcome. Either a bug service or a spray down of the exterior with a hose. Outside of that, really don't have anything but good things to say. Would for sure stay again regardless if we are in the area and in need of a place. Great owners, perfect location.

Clean, Comfortable, and Cozy
Owners were responsive, communicative, and flexible. Loved the neighborhood and proximity to multiple walks-up, down (close to the town square) and all around. The house had multiple areas to sit and read-by the fire in the living room-two areas outside in the backyard-on the porch in front. We chose to eat downtown, but if you wanted to cook at home-the kitchen was extremely well stocked.
