Villa C12 is a beautiful 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom beach accommodation located in the exclusive Casa Blanca beachside condos on the pristine shores of Siesta Key's coveted Crescent Beach rated as one of the top ten beaches in the USA. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your food preparation needs. You'll love dining al fresco or sipping a cocktail in the screened lanai. It is located a few short steps to the private beach and a short walk to the private heated salt water pool, clubhouse and laundry. The villa is within walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. It is the perfect get away all year around for vacations, holidays, weekly or seasonal rental where the powdery white sand beach and the clear blue water invite you to relax. Come enjoy and relax at your home away from home! Additional person fees may apply.

What a great place for celebrating a 40th birthday!

We had issues with our key not working upon late arrival, and the gate attendant and maintenance person we do great! They got us a new key right away and made sure it worked before taking off.

Too Many Changes for the Worse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, my family & I love staying at the Casablanca. We have rented 7 to 10 units for the last 5+ consecutive years as part of an annual family beach vacation. That amounts to tens of thousands of dollars. In the last 2 years though, the new management company has instituted policies that hassle the renter, purposely making things difficult & rousing suspicion of discrimination. When you rent, you pay for 2 parking spots. However, instead of giving you the parking passes up front, they make renters jump through hoops to get what we already paid for. Change the parking policy! Make it simpler! Stop hassling renters! Our family has come to the conclusion that they target non-White renters. My entire family is made up of American citizens. We shouldn't feel this way. Also, rates have gone up $800 to $1000 per unit since 2022, which is absurd & unjustified because the amenities are the same especially when coupled with policies like that of the parking. In addition, some fees included in rental costs are simply ludicrous for 2023...they charge a $100+ credit card booking/processing fee...why??? Management is ultimately overcharging, hassling renters over parking, & seemingly trying to drive away Hispanic families. At this point we are keeping our family beach vacation alive despite the poor management practices in place. Please take this seriously and make positive changes. It's only a matter of time before someone appeals to the FL Dept. Of Business & Professional Regulations and complains about civil rights abuses. On a positive note, the grounds keepers are kind and helpful. So are the security guards, which make you feel secure because they monitor the property extremely well even through the night. For them we are appreciative. Thank you. Please take this criticism constructively.
