This unit features a great floor plan and renovation. The unit is engrossed in sunlight from the wall of sliders facing the boat basin and ICW. The modern design is classic & comfortable. Enjoy the relaxing master suite with queen bed, guest suite has 2 twins and large sofa is a premium queen pull-out. There is a large flat screen in the living area, in the master suite and another in the guest bedroom (3 total). Great place.

Very clean and in a good location. We did have a problem with the exterior door handle that was not resolved while we were staying there. Communication with the property manager was very good. Perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 children. We will be back!

Beautiful Property

We were very pleased with our week long stay. The property was as pretty as the pictures showed on line. It was very clean, and a very nice location. We were able to walk to many places and it is just a very short walk to the beach! We would stay here again and would recommend to others!!!!

We enjoyed our time, beautiful pool, path to ocean. Loved watching boats in the river from our deck. The grilling area and carwash a bonus. The new bedsheets and towel awesome. We would stay again.

Fabulous apartment close to beach

Very nice furnished apartment with comfy beds. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle bus available to go to the main village. The host was very service minded and fixed all things we asked for within 24 hours. I highly recommend this apartmentand would book it again.

Nice condo & grounds

Nice condo with great view of intercostal waterway. Grounds are very well maintained. We liked the picnic & grilling area along with the path along the water with seating overlooking the water. Our only issue was the condo was on the third floor with no elevator which made it difficult for us.

Siesta Key Fun!

The condo was very nice ,very clean and equipped with everything you would need. We were very impressed with the quality of the linens. The grounds and the pool are very nice . Clint the owner was very thorough with all the info we needed. We will be back one day!

Beautiful Condo

All the pictures are completely accurate. Such a convenient check in process. The condo was stock with everything you could possibly need. And an entire storage space with ceiling to floor things for the beach. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back

Really nice place

Our friends stayed here for a week a few years ago and recommended this unit for our vacay week in Siesta Key.Ive also read all the reviews before I booked and my summary is that you get a really nice standard booking this, both the unit but also the well taken care surrondings with the pool area, the BBQ area, the parking lot, the tennis court and the laundry machine room (7 quarters per cycle so get som change at Publix before your arrive).Good and instant communication with the Manager (Clint).High standard of the unit, well cleaned and nothing to "remark" about, everything working and well cleaned unit when we arrived. Staying in Florida for a month so very nice to get away from the hotels for awhile and have separate rooms with our 2 kids, nice balcony for breakfast and do some own BBQ during dinners. A lot of similar units to rent at Midnight Cove II but this one really stand out.

Quiet, peaceful and fun

We’ve stayed at the Midnight Cove II Loft the past 2 years. This condo is very quiet and private on the top floor, with comfortable outdoor furniture. Inside it has everything you need for vacation. Also there’s tennis round robin MWF mornings and pickle ball the other days. Great way to meet people. Great restaurants. Good times.

Beautiful Bay Condo

What a great place to stay! Condo was prefect for a small family. Kitchen equipped for any cooking. Storage closet is packed with all your beach needs many chairs, beach wagon, buckets, shovels, football, skim board, boogie boards and many more. Crescent beach was quite a busy beach, but if you are looking for a more low key beach turtle beach is a short drive down the road. Clear check in and check out instructions and great communication from the host.

Quaint dwelling

I would definitely stay again if we go back. It was spacious and had all that we needed and then some. Loved the neighborhood, and short walk to the beach. It was a calming relaxing vacation and the neighborhood added to that with its older crowd which made it feel very safe with having kids. Would have liked if the listing said it had a pack n play so we didn’t have to bring ours. Also bring quarters since the laundry is at the clubhouse/office area and not in the unit. But that’s on myself for not reading the details of the listing. Overall we loved it and hopefully we’ll be allowed back with our three very wild animals that made it hard to stay quiet.

The unit is 3rd floor without elevator. Was a problem for my wife. Mostly older unit with a few upgrades. Couches were terrible, hard to sit in and get out of. Bed not a king as advertised. Would never rent again.

It was exactly as pictured, clean, and homey. The back deck gives a gorgeous view of the sunrise in the morning, and the beach access is convenient, not requiring any driving! We enjoyed our stay!

Major roof works being carried out above us, wasn’t informed about until arrival. Unable to be relocated by host, was given a refund and we relocated with Midnight Cove 2 which is a lovely resort.Bathroom and Kitchen need updating.

Perfect getaway

Very nicely decorated and comfortable condo for 2. 7 min walk to the number ONE beach in the USA. Outdoor balcony has a wonderful view of boats on the Inter coastal.

First time at Siesta Key

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. It was aGreat location and access to the beach was just a short walk. Condo was bright and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai by the inter coastal. The white sandy beach is incredible. We now know why it’s voted best beach in USA!! We loved playing tennis and pickleball and met lots of great people.

The property was very clean, but does not match the description fully. While the furniture and flooring and kitchen appliances, may be new- it is not a renovation. The cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom are very worn and not new, neither are the countertops. The property manager was responsive, but not necessarily informed about laundry facilities or beach access. Great location - walking distances to many things.
