Enjoy beach and pool days to the fullest at this two bedroom two bath updated vacation rental on Siesta Key. No need to worry about crowded beaches and circling for parking spots. Enjoy private beach access just a few steps away from this ground floor unit. The community offers outside patio seating just in front of the building and heated swimming pool. Utilize the islands free ride services and head down to SIesta Key Village, located just 1.5 miles away. Siesta Key Village is full of restaurant, shopping, and entertainment options. Siesta Key Public Beach, located just 1/2 mile from the community, offers tennis courts, playground, and pavilions.

Stepping inside this ground floor unit you arrive in the open living space. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and equipped with a flat screen TV. The dining area offers seating and views of the front gardens. Adjacent and open to the living room is the full kitchen. Equipped with 4-piece stainless steel appliance package among other small appliances, granite counters, and stocked with all of your basic cooking and dining utensils. Just past the breakfast bar you will come to the guest bedroom. Furnished with one queen-size and one twin-size beds and access to the guest bathroom offering a tub/shower combo. Further down the hall you will find the master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with stall shower.

Comfortable place to stay. We got a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the beach. Walk to the beach/water less than 5 minutes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, steps away from private beach access. Condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our ONLY complaint is that one of the key fobs didnt work for the pool or the beach and the other one only worked for the beach gate. My kids had to hop the fence several times to use the pool. Otherwise it was a great stay, we hope to visit again.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great location only a few steps from the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and floats were all in the room. Outdoor shower and washer dryer were only steps away from the room. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper and dish soap. Overall was a great experience and cannot wait to go back.

Convenient, clean place

This place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was a 3 min walk to the beach and in a very convenient location, close to the downtown area. We came with 3 kids and it was perfect. The toilet does take a little while to flush out waste but it never clogged or gave us any issues. The owner was responsive when I reached out looking for the broom. Overall, great stay and I’d come back. Thanks.

Grandma and granddaughter beach week

The property was right where we wanted, short walk to beach. Not far from nice resturants, shops. O ly problem i had was the instructions on leaving and locking door on way out. But was addressed right away. Had no pro lems with the condo had all we needed and a few extras for beach. We enj I yed the trip.

can’t beat for the price

only negative is the washer and dryer isn’t in the room, it’s outside the room and it’s shared, i did 4 cycles of trying to dry a load of laundry and it was still wet. i ended up having to air dry them.. unfortunate

Great Location

Location was perfect! Few things were not enjoyable. There was a birds nest outside of our place and we could not enjoy the outside space at all. In fact, even when I did laundry or walked to our car we were hit in the head with several birds. I tried contacting someone about it with no response. I would have liked to sit outside and read. Otherwise everything was great and my family had a good trip!

We were definitely made aware of the birds who made a nest in the area, unfortunately the Counties Wildlife Protection Services Team would not allow the nest to be relocated, as beach wildlife is heavily regulated in Siesta Key. Nice area

Number one thing is the area is very nice. Loved having the beach close by. Your beach area is very small. Now the dislike part....we were never told that they were having the roof done while we were staying. I even called and made a complaint and the manager never called back. When you have someone paying over 2300.00 for a week and only give 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and 3 dishwasher pods...that is ridiculous. You know those many people are staying when I filled out the info. Also the shower in the master bathroom leaks make sure you put towels down for that mess. I have never used this company before. Not sure if all the rentals are the same but will look at all reviews better next time.

Thank you for staying and we are disheartened that you did not enjoy your stay as much as others have at our unit. Regarding the roof work, similarly, we too were not notified of the roof work that was compared during your stay. Being that this is a ground floor unit, I hope this had a minimal impact on your stay. These are individually owned units within a community. We do not have any say or control over when community work is completed. Consumable items, apart from starter amounts provided by the cleaning company are not provided as per the terms present to guests prior to booking. Guests typically stop at the grocery stores on their way in and pick up their desired consumable items. We did not receive any texts, emails, or calls regarding the shower door. When an issue arises, please let us know so that we can remedy them quickly.

Place was okay, property manager was RUDE.

Condo was pretty much as pictured, weird smell when we first arrived. The beach is in one direction and the pool is in the opposite direction (near the road) - not the best set up for children. Check out was at 10 am, I knew no one had booked for the following week so I asked if we could have a late check out. They offered 12 pm, our flight was not until 10 pm so I agreed to pay for another day - was overcharged. I emailed, no response. I called and was advised I would receive a call back - no call back. I sent another email, no response. Just spoke to John on the phone who was so rude and condensing.

Love Siesta Key!

Disappointed in the property. We arrived on an early flight and called to see if we could check in as early as possible. Cleaner was not contacted to inform her of the request and we ended up not getting in until 3:30. We could not use the beach or pool while waiting due to no access to the fob located in the unit. We were not informed that there was construction going on which was disruptive noise wise and suffered a nail in our rental car tire on the first day! The laundry app did not work so we were unable to do our laundry. The unit master bedroom bathroom shower leaked on the floor when used. The kitchen sink faucet was not working properly making a large shrieking noise when on. Other than a few issues within the unit, it was very clean and well equipped and location of the beach was perfect. Not sure if I would stay again do to the condition of the property and pool was not inviting. We visit at least once a year but not thrilled this time.

Thanks for staying. There are very specific instructions as to how and when an early check-in can be requested in the property information provided 1 week prior to arrival. There was no request placed for an early check-in which would not have been granted since this was a back-to-back check-out/check-in day. The guest stated they were able to get in at 3:30, this is earlier than the 4pm check-in time. We are not informed of when and where construction will be on the island, it is unfortunate that you had to deal with a nail in your rental car tire. The laundry is run by a coin laundry company but have never heard that their app does not work.

Not what I expected!

Unit details were not clear in contract. Had to wait until check-in for more detailed information. Major problems with door lock. Only 3 table chairs when 4 people in unit. Need directions in unit or map of area showing where pool and beach locations. Helpful to create a book about Siesta Key with information dealing with places to eat directions to Siesta Village, etc. Only 1 dish towel and not told to bring any! No check-out button in guest portal. Master bathroom shower door needs repair. No ceiling lights in bedrooms. Toilet needed to be flushed more than once to take away waste.

Thanks for staying and disappointed you did not enjoy your stay as much as everyone else has. Unit details would not be located in the terms and conditions of a rental. They are located in your arrival email sent 1 week prior to arrival as well as at anytime in your guest portal. Guests who followed our instructions regarding check-in do not have any issues with the door lock. The dining area though small but efficient has 3 chairs as depicted in the pictures of the unit. Directions and area information are again, in the guest portal for anytime access. The unit is stocked with 2 dish cloths and two kitchen towels with each cleaning. We will certainly look into the shower door however a quick phone call, text, email and we could have addressed the issue as we are onsite.
