Every room of this sixth-floor condo opens to a screened lanai with direct views of the crystal sands of Siesta Key beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Expansive view overlooks the entire south end of the beach all the way down to Point of Rocks.

This unit is located on the rear corner of the quiet, beachfront building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. Gated entrance provides added safety and security.

This unit is literally steps from the beach and just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, bike/boat/umbrella rental, fishing charters, live music, a tiki bar and a grocery store. Everything you need for an easy, unforgettable vacation.

We've got you covered. No carrying around a bunch of keys, we provide computerized, digital locks. No lugging chairs to the beach, loungers and beach chairs are provided for you. You'll also enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware you need.

Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, the condo has an open plan that joins kitchen, dining and living areas in an easy flow of about 1,000 square feet.

The unit has two separate, private bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom with bidet, flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan, hair dryers, free wifi, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed.

The large, serpentine pool is heated year-round. Each unit comes with one covered parking space and extra spots for guest parking. For your convenience, luggage and grocery carts are available right outside the building door and plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.

Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away. A few miles north is St. Armand s Circle with trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants. You're one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

A computer and printer are available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours for airline boarding pass printing.

The location of the condo was perfect! We had breakfast on the balcony every morning with a beautiful view of the beach. When we were ready for beach time, it was just a few steps away. Several nights we walked down to Captain Curt’s area for dinner. Communication with the owners was great! They checked in a few times through the week and were very responsive when I had a question. Check-in and out was easy. We had such a great time….our daughters are already asking to go back to stay in this condo.

Excellent stay - can't wait to go back

We loved staying here! It was our fist time staying in Siesta Key and we can't wait to go back. We've done VRBOs many times and these were tied for first as the best owners to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location and we loved the layout with the open living space and bedrooms/bathrooms on each side of the unit. It's a short walk to dining/bars/activities and of course right on the beach.

Having chairs set up each day was great. I’m not a pool person but the pool area is at the very front not really convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a parking spot. The beach is very beautiful. The host is quick to respond and very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation.

The sand rinse off station is in poor shape. After rinsing off you have to walk thru wet sand to get to walkway. Beautiful beach.

Pure Perfection!

This is our third year in a row staying at this condo and we absolutely love it! The owners are great to work with and are always making upgrades (this year it was the bathrooms – new cabinets and granite countertops. Lovely!) The unit is clean, right on the beach and close to everything. We’ll be back next year!

Love the Lanai!

We’ve been coming to Siesta Key for many years now and have stayed at many places. What we really like about this place is the huge lanai that runs the length of the whole unit. Each room has sliding glass doors that open up onto the screened lanai and a gorgeous view of the south half of the beach. We enjoy keeping the slider doors open at night and listening to the waves hit the shore. Tropical paradise!

Amazing!

This apartment is perfect, has a breathtaking view, and everything you could possibly imagine. The best part is that you won't have to worry about misplacing your keys or taking them with you during your vacation because everything is operated by codes!! The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had a marvelous price. I truly recommend it!!!!

Attentive Hosts

The host messaged me after we checked in to ensure that everything met my expectations - which they did. Also my husband lost his iPod on the beach and both the office and the host messaged me when it was found. Great customer service! Really enjoyed the location and the room was stocked with all the beach toys, chairs floats and beach towels that would be needed for a beach vacation!

The condo could not have been better for my friend and myself. It is located right in the beach with chairs and umbrellas available. The 2 bedrooms with baths worked perfectly. We loved the screened balcony with a beautiful view. We could walk to several restaurants and catch a free service to the village if we chose to go that route. We ate in Sarasota, just over the bridge, several nights, and took an Uber that was just over 10 each way. We are already talking about next year!

Clean, comfortable, and good communication

The unit was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The beach in front wasn't excessively crowded like some of the places in Destin for example, although there are about 4 rows of chairs deep. Chair setup is included, but umbrella rental is extra, although you can easily set up your own. This unit is on the rear corner of the building. The screened patio allows for a view of the beach, but the view from the units at the front of the building would be unobstructed. The condo buildings are definitely older, but appear to be well taken care of. We enjoyed the dolphin and sandbar tour, and jet ski and kayak rental which are within a 15 minute walk of the unit.

Wonderful stay, great location

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Location of the condo on Siesta Key was ideal for our family-just steps to the sand and a short walk or drive to many shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the view from the screened in lanai. The information provided by the host beforehand made checking in easy. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the beach!
