Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the lanai while watching the dolphins swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Later, relax on the pristine white beach and swim in the blue water. After dinner, enjoy a drink on the lanai to watch the most spectacular sunsets.

This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is completely renovated with you in mind. Fully renovated, equipped kitchen with a subzero fridge, dishwasher, ninja blender, dry bar and grilling utensils. Secure high speed wi-fi, office desk, reserved, covered parking, small washer/dryer in unit. 2 grills on site. Your own private beach.

All beach necessities are provided including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys for all ages and cooler. I also provide novels, games and movies. Heated pool. Beach chair service is free and umbrella rental service among other things are available right on the beach.

In addition to above beach items, our private beach offers you free beach loungers that will be set up for you daily and you can rent additional umbrellas, small and large cabanas and beach hood on a weekly or daily basis from Sammy's Beach Bums. They rent from our beach and set up your rented equipment. as well as the free loungers.

A car is not necessary as there are many free/tips only rides including from SRQ. Saturday to Saturday rental. No pets/smoking.

Everything met our expectations. The unit was as advertised. The location, the unit, the beach and amenities were all perfect. The unit was well stocked with all the items we needed for cooking. Great little place to stay to get away from it all

I love the location and all the amenities.The view was undeniable and I could listen to the ocean All Night PERIOD aside from a little. How's cleaning, the place was absolutely delightful

Fantastic location with exceptional views of the gulf, sunsets and access to the private white quartz sandy beach. The condo (604S) was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Our host Karen was kind and communicated very well. Spent 2 weeks in December and the condo has a beautiful view, is extremely clean and comfortable and fully stocked with everything that you need. The beach was spectacular with plenty of chairs and umbrellas available! Communication with owner was timely and informative. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring Break 2025 Success

As you can read in previous comments, Karen is an excellent communicator. She was a great host. Location is amazing. The beach chair service was fantastic, such a great perk. Groceries are close. The shuttle and trolley operate for free and are frequent. The Daiquiri Deck had happy hour daily 3P-6P. Running was safe on the road and great on the beach. Unit is equipped for families with kids, teens and adults.

Lovely condo, just like the pictures. Nice beach decorationg. Master bedroom is large with a well arranged walk-in closet. Large en suite bathroom. Nice beach toys and boards for the kids. Fantastic to walk right out to the beach. Siesta Key is always beautiful - sand, beach, water, sunsets. Owner is a great communicator and host. Quick responses to any inquiries or problems. The only drawback is there is not a restroom at the beach level, so one has to go up to the room or walk out to the pool restroom. Great family location! Would recommend this property if you're looking for a beach front vacation.

We had a great two weeks! The condo couldn't have been any better! Karen the host couldn't have been any better either! She delivered on every commitment she made to us and was quick to respond to any problems (of which there were none) as well as any questions we may have had. We will return!

We love Siesta Key because of the beautiful sand and calm blue waters. We live close by which allows me to make sure my condo is pristine when my guests arrival.

This is our second unit we have purchased in Crescent Arms. The complex is well taken care of and clean. I won the condo next door, 605S, to allow families/friends to be close together during their vacation. VRBO #597967.

Why they chose this property

Crescent Arms is a well managed property. It is a well desired vacation property on Siesta Key and most of the guests return year after year and develop friendships that last a lifetime.

What makes this property unique

My unit is completely renovated in June 2020 and offers the most spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The quartz sand and blue calm waters are what bring guests back year after year.

We are the closest building to the Gulf. The pool is heated and is the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach.
