Overall great stay. Property was clean and very well decorated. The convenience of the location cannot be understated. There were very comfortable beds and couches. A ton of beach/fishing supplies were available for use. The west pool (next to the beach) was perfect. The east pool was unfortunately being serviced all week but that wasn’t a big deal. The back patio of the unit had a grill, table, couch, and plenty of space. The building also has a convenient gym for use. The only improvement that we would recommend is that the bedrooms don’t really have blinds (more like transparent window shades) so the bedrooms get very bright around 7 am. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place

We loved staying here. The deck was amazing to sit out and people watch and just relax. The beach was beautiful and flat so we didn’t have to carry things up hills. The pool was awesome and my son loved swimming in it. Loved the canopies at the pool and beach too. I had a broken leg so the openness of the house was convenient. There were two pools at the property so when the main pool was busy we went to the other pool. Frances was great deal with. Very kind and communicative. Would highly recommend staying here.

Siesta Key fun in the sun!

This is an outstanding condo, very spacious, with a great location on Siesta Key. It had plenty of permanent amenities like towels, pillows, dishes, etc. It lacked supplies such as trash bags, dryer sheets, and toilet paper. Per note from the host prior to arrival, you are expected to restock anything you use the last of. For this level of rental, that is unexpected. Cleanliness wasn't up to standards when we arrived, but the host was responsive and did offer to send the cleaning crew back. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo with Perfect Location

Our family had a great time over the Easter holiday. Beautiful condo with all the amenities you could think of. Wide open floor plan with plenty of room. Large patio equipped with grill to sit out and relax. Located very close to several nice restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect Stay in Perfect Location!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was beautifully furnished and perfectly located! We enjoyed the pristine beach, spent most of the time in the water but there were chairs made available by the condo to enjoy the sun. There were also many extras included in the condo (beach toys, boogie board, fishing equipment, a shade tent, tennis rackets, coolers and chairs, beach towels,...). After a day spent at the beach, it was nice to sit on the balcony, enjoying a cocktail and the live band from across the street. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the condo and a trolley stop at the front door, we rarely used our rental car! Overall a great stay, would definitely go back!

Sarasota GEM !!!

We absolutely love this property. The beach is immaculate. There is fantastic food just across the street. France is very prompt answering any questions. The building manager, John, was EXTREMELY helpful when we had some car troubles during our stay. I was nervous as it was our first vacation with 2 kids (3yo and 13 month old) and everything went as smooth as possible. I can’t say enough about how much we love this place and plan on coming back every year. - Trent

Premium location!

I booked this on a friend's recommendation. I was hesitant due to the condo not facing the beach. What a wonderful surprise it was to actually use the large balcony, both in the morning and afternoon because it faces East, without being stuck in the direct sun. Beautifully decorated as well as fully equipped (except for the obvious - spices and food items) to make your stay complete. We did not rent a car and was able to walk to the corner grocery and drug store to get any incidentals we needed as well as using the free trolley service and other "free" transportation services that are paid by tips only. Comfortable beds and lots of room. I will be making this an annual event (maybe even biannually!) going forward because of the accommodations and the ease of dealing with the property owner. I don't want to say this place is perfect for fear of never being able to book it again! :-)

I was really happy with everything. It was clean and everything seemed new. The living space was perfect for us and our adult daughters. I picked this location for a few reasons. I wanted a big couch where we could all lounge around together comfortably. Turned out to be a perfect fit! Second was the balcony. Other reviews had mentioned the live music at night and we weren’t disappointed. It was fun at night to sit on the balcony and listen. It was nice too that you barely heard it from inside the condo, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The Balcony had the perfect amount of furniture which we all found super comfortable. It was just a nice space during any time of the day.One nice surprise was the amount of restaurants and shops around. We were able to walk everywhere and even found a few places that turned out to be new favorites. There’s a little market, coffee shop, ice cream shops and stores. All right across the street within walking distance. The pool is smaller but being it was off season we were typically the only ones there. It was very clean and perfect for us. The beach was in perfect distance to our condo and absolutely beautiful. The host has beach/pool noodles, floaties and such to use as well. We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo on crescent beach

Owner was so responsive and transparent as our stay approached post hurricanes. This is our third time staying here and we can’t wait to return. Location is amazing and so walkable. Trolley to the village outside your door. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. Cannot wait to return!

We went to the beach every morning and every evening the sunsets were beautiful the sunrise we watched from on our front balcony. It was beautiful. The weather was amazing.

Great location!

We had such a wonderful experience at this condo. The location is ideal with restaurants and bars directly across the street and beach access so close as well. Every night we enjoyed listening to the live music across the street. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was provided and more! Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

My husband and I had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect. We listened to bands across the street while sipping wine on the huge balcony. The accommodations were well-stocked with everything we needed, and is beautifully decorated. We highly recommend.
