We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in this unit! It was very clean and in a perfect location—right on the beach and close to the village. The unit came with most everything we needed for the week. We especially appreciated the large cabinet in the kitchen, which held all of our food and helped keep the counters clutter-free.Security was always present, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.A couple of things to note: there were 6 of us, but only 4 washcloths per bathroom, so we definitely could have used a few more towels and washcloths.The biggest downside for us was that our electronic door lock died. We returned around 8:30pm and couldn’t get in. Thankfully, security responded quickly, and Yandri went above and beyond to try everything he could to help. After nearly two hours, a manager also came to assist, but still couldn't get the lock to charge. Ultimately, Yandri climbed a ladder up three stories to access the condo through the balcony. His determination and effort were truly impressive, and he deserves major recognition for not giving up.We were told these locks were newly installed about a month prior, so hopefully the bugs get worked out soon. If you do run into any issues, make sure to ask for Yandri—he’s the best!
