About this property

This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV while the guest bedroom has two double beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a roll-away bed in the closet. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and convection oven, has everything you need to cook; pots & pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender and waffle iron. Log in to your Netflix account, browse the web, check your email or catch up on social networking on the 55" Hi-def Smart TV. The unit is carpeted in the living and bedrooms and tiled in the kitchen, entry and bathrooms. The screened in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was beautiful and property was clean and centrally located within walking or driving distance to shops and restaurants. The only negative would be is that there are no washers & dryers in the units, only public ones are located in the buildings.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about Palm Bay Club was great. It was the unit we were in that was not great. It was clean and up to date. However we left 3 day early because the beds (all three of them) were so uncomfortable we could not sleep well any night. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. I don't know how old the mattresses are or where they got them, but they need to be upgraded. I would recommend the Palm Bay Club to everyone. Just not this unit until the bed situation is corrected

November get away

Loved the condo, great quiet location, ask in office about free trolly rides into village, great entertainment. Condo needed more hooks to hang wet towels and bathing suits. No washer/driers in condo. Need to buy your own paper towels. Would stay here again, beautiful beach.
