About this property

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, the master bathroom is newly remodeled with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a 26" flat screen TV, the guest bathroom is a newly remodeled with a tub/shower combination. Also, there is a full size sofa bed in the living room with a 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keruig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Nice location to the bayside pool and easy walk to the beach. I would recommend and stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our complaint is the shower enclosure .. didn’t matter what you did with the shower head you had a water mess on the floor. The floor was always wet and slick . We used towels to catch the water which left a load of wet towels the entire week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with the staff and location was great. Close to everything and felt secure with the gates and wristbands. This really is the perfect location! Our only concern was no paper towels or an extra garbage bag were provided, even just to get us started. We also did lack hot water, but the place was clean and well maintained.

Not as nice as it used to be

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was tired. The faucet in one bathroom tub had to be repaired so we could use it. A bunch of the outlets need to be replaced. They were so loose they wouldn’t hold a plug. We made the problems known and they were taken care of in a very timely manner. The outlet was fixed in the bathroom, but there were more that needed to be replaced. The floors were not as clean as they should have been. We’ve stayed at Palm Bay quite a few times, but it’s not as nice as it used to be.
