About this property

This newly renovated in 2017, this first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a four night minimum stay for this unit. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have a 32" flat screen TV while the living room has a 40" flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Palm Bay Club Experience
