Unit 138-2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Side Club Interior Condominium

This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. This is an ideal way to enjoy the beauty of Siesta Key. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This unit accommodates 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV. There are two twin size beds in the guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk in shower with grab bars while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 43" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service for your entertainment. The modern spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and Keurig. The condo is completely tiled. There is also extra living space because the patio has been incorporated into the living area. There is also a small office area for your convenience.

Palm Bay Club unit 138

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palm Bay Club never disappoints, always stay here. This unit was great location and clean. Only things I would add would be full length mirror and washer dryer in unit. This unit has a very high tub and shower, if you have any mobility issues it is a high step over. Also there is a step down from living room into porch area that is not marked, easy to trip. Was without tv for most of stay due to needing a new box on main tv and bedroom tv disabled. Laundry apps did not work, tried three phones, an hour and a half, security showed us cards to buy at pool area but then have to load money on so lost money buying cards, went to laundry mat instead.

Wonderfully Relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: How to begin. While walking in the door we were amazed how large and beautifully decorated it was.Furniture very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed.Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Bathroom was big enough to enjoy and move around.Staff were exceptional. From the main desk employees, the security and beach boy. Both pools were huge also hot tub and view of the intercoastal were a bonus. Security provided rides for a handicap person that was with us. To the beach or intercoastal.

Two Weeks At Palm Bay

Exceptional condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Palmbay club for the past three years, and have already booked a unit for next year! The property is extremely well-maintained and clean. The entire staff from the office, to the security, to maintenance are very pleasant and willing to help anyway that they can. A unique part of their service Is they have a beach attendant who will take your chairs out to any part of the beach for you, which is so nice. The location is perfect. Easy to get anywhere you want to go. I would highly recommend the Palmbay club.

Thanksgiving 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at The Palm Bay Club based on the recommendation of friends who had stayed there the previous year. The overall experience was ok, but the condition of our rental unit was less than satisfactory. The unit was dated compared to other units on the property, but the larger concern was the cleanliness. Upon moving in, my wife noted there were nates around the trash can area. She had to spend several hours cleaning and killing. The next day, we noticed they had returned. We eventually found a rooting. fruit above the microwave (I will try to attach pictures if possible). The maintenance man who responded to our call for help was excellent and very apologetic as was the office staff. They both commented that the 3rd party cleaning crew should have found that problem prior to our stay. The bottom line is that it negatively impacted the entire experience.
