Unit 172- 1 BR 1/2 Bath Gulf Side Club Interior Condominium

Newly Renovated Second floor 1 Bed 1.5 Bath on the gulf side of beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Because of its location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of four people.
All new kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, updated bathrooms with new touch light mirrors (no more shadows). All new furniture the bedroom has a Beauty Rest Beyond King Mattress with adjustable base and a 42” TV, the Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa with a 65” TV with streaming services for your enjoyment. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very comfortable, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pool area were also very nice. The only problem we had was the trash chute for the 2nd floor was right beside the door to enter the condo. Unfortunately, trash was piled inside and surrounded by gnats which made their way into the condo. Management was made aware and took care of the trash issue but the gnats still lingered. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice 1 bedroom. Short walk to the beach.

Pool area and condo were clean. Pickle ball courts were a plus. Security guys were friendly. No cable, as listed. The cable cord did not reach the tv. Patio door lock was broken. Overall, a great stay.

A great beach side getaway

Loved the spaciousness interior. Bed was very comfortable which is often not the case in rentals/hotels in my experience. Especially liked the screened in porch. Had breakfast each morning with the company of the birds outside and left the patio door open most of the time for the fresh breeze to come though. Will stay again if I have the chance!

Fantastic choice!

Had an excellent stay at this location. The trolly offers a hands-off option to get into town, the beach was prestine, the unit was clean, and the amenities (pool/gym) were great. The only reason we didnt give it 5 stars was due to the window being stuck open in the bedroom, and the absense of a few kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, and wine openers. Overall, a great place to stay at!

We’ve been vacationing at SK for many years and although this year’s trip was 1 week after the reopening after 2 back-to-back hurricanes, it did not disappoint! The staff at Palm Bay obviously had worked very hard to get the property cleaned & repaired and the beach was just as fun & beautiful as always. Unit 172 Is our favorite. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.

Outstanding Condo!

I loved this condo and would stay here again. The condo had everything I needed and the location on Siesta Key beach was spectacular! The check- in and check-out process went very smooth. While the condo was generally very clean, some extra attention should be paid to dusting. Places like the top of the headboard and lamp bases had not been dusted in sometime.
