Unit 108- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. The partial view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds which are firm mattresses without mattress pillow tops and a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. PLEASE NOTE: The living room has a sofa bed that is locked and is not available for guest usage. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condominium has tile flooring throughout the unit. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes.

Fabulous Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most romantic and relaxing week. The sunsets were spectacular. Met a lot of fun people. We can wait to stay again!!

Great location

We especially enjoyed walking out almost directly onto the beach! The view was spectacular from the condo. Nicely furnished too. Would stay there again.
