Tommy C, was our host. Incredible! A very nice place close to everything in Siesta Key. Tommy was very accommodating to all of our needs. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Siesta Key. I would stay here again. A great experience!

Beautiful update place! Loved the use of the beach gear especially the wagon. It’s quite walk to the beach but it’s all on property and on sidewalks. There was a mishap of a laundry soap container that leaked all over the laundry room before we got there but the host has someone come clean it right away! We lived out stay!

We loved this place ! Very clean and nice . Enjoyed having the 3 pools to choose from and even better having pool right at tip of beach to enjoy . As well was nice having our own washer n dryer n the unit. And host was great with communication ! Overall had awesome time ! Can’t wait come back to Siesta Key next year !

Property was fantastic, everything you need for the beach. The fact you also have loungers and chairs at the beach you can use free of charge is brilliant. Recommend calling and renting a gazebo or umbrella at the beach, would make life easier too! Access to 3 pools and each pool having WiFi was also a plus. When heading back to Siesta Key I’d definitely look to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay at Siesta Beach. Everything was clean, worked well, it was well stocked with paper products and dish soap, and it was just a short walk to beautiful Siesta Beach through a courtyard.

Our stay at the facility was a great experience! The Condo had all the amenities we needed and our host was always available if we had any questions and gave us suggestions on places to eat and explore. Never have we experienced such a beach so large and that beautiful white sand that is cool to the touch. We will definitely be back for another stay!!

Very cute condo, perfect location. Tommy has you covered with many of the small things you might need on vacation. There were two beach chairs, a wagon, a small cooler and umbrella. A short walk to the most beautiful beach I've ever been to. I'd come back!

The Host Tommy is very responsive and kind! This Villa is very clean and having the washer/dryer was amazing! We used both the grill and pool often, which are very close to Villa 41, but what is not so close is the beach. My mom is not able to walk very far due to her heart and it was quite the trek from the Villa to even the edge of the sand, then further on to the ocean. The Host did let me know where to rent a beach wheelchair, through Ride and Paddle (Phil at R&P is GREAT to work with and delivered free)! Without the beach wheelchair there is no way my mom would have seen the beach nor had the chance to float in the ocean. Thankfully everything worked out and we had the most wonderful week!!

The resort is beachfront but the unit is not. Almost 1/4 mile from door to sand. No beach view from unit. View is of landscaped areas. Unit very clean and comfortable snd well equipped in kitchen and with beach supplies. Tommy as very responsive to communications.

Siesta Key

Nice little place surrounded by many very friendly other vacationers. Pools were warm, beach was gorgeous and the lounge chairs were a big plus. Finally got to see the Drum Circle after all these years

The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, we picked the week of the huge winter storm coming through our driving route. We had to start out 2 days earlier or cancel our trip. Tommy was able to accommodate us for the extra days so we could enjoy our stay in Florida. The unit was very clean and had a cheerful beach vibe.

The villa was exceptionally clean and inviting. It had everything that was necessary for my Mother-in-Law (who is 84) who stayed at the villa. Entrance was a short ramp so for someone that's older that was nice, plus the keyless entry was a nice perk (so she didn't have to worry about a key). An easy stroll to the beach, and a perfect little sun deck for her to read during the day. Our family loves Jamaica Royale, so we are happy we got the opportunity to share it with our extended family.
