Cute condo, great location. No need for a rental car with free trolley rides into town. condo is just steps away from a heated pool. The private beach is just absolutely breathtaking!Just make sure to grab dish detergent (none provided) and toilet paper (only 1 roll is provided).

Perfect spring break!

We loved the proximity to both the pool and the beach. Everything was perfect! Easy check in and check out experience. The rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4. We will be back!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This place exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen is perfect with the appliances and the washer dryer a huge plus! The location to the beach and other fun things to do! Communication was great, check in and check out was super easy! Hopefully we will be back again!!

Location - great community vibe

This place was perfect for us. It is walking distance to the beach. The condo was clean, and offers everything you need. There are 3 pools to go to, and a grill on the property. The community at Jamaican royal is like a family. One of the safest places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend!

We had a great time during our short stay. Your renovation of the condo is beautiful. I love the single story villa feel and the outdoor patio/lanai. We appreciate your responsiveness to our questions from initial booking through duration of our stay. It's very nice that the villas are located on the beach. The walk from condo to beach is a little far when carrying beach gear, but we found ways to make it work. Thank you again!
