Completely Renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo - Amazing views of #1 Beach from Open Patio!!-Unit 94 | This completely renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a large 55", wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV with streaming service, with a blow up, queen size EZ bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This efficient galley style kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has all hard wood floors throughout unit. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

A Week Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful stay! It's a beautiful place with a beautiful view. We golfed for two days and hit the fabulous beach for three more. It's a great location, and everyone was very kind! There was plenty of space, and having chairs available on the beach was a nice feature. We would certainly stay again! P.S. The storage closet could be cleaned up a bit. We sifted through quite a few broken, staked-up items to get to a small cooler in the back, but that was super minor. The place was amazing! Thank you!

Great view, very clean

Property has done a great job recovering from the hurricane. Unit was very clean, great view. Check in was super easy and friendly. Woukd definitely return.

Wonderful stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. I wanted a few days to decompress from a busy time in my life & it was just what I needed. The condo was clean, had a great view & is super cute. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo in Palm Bay Club again.

Anniversary Trip

This was the first time in 9 years my husband and I got away just the two of us. It was for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The condo was clean. The view was beautiful. Everyone we met was kind. The condos were quiet. I really don’t think we heard any neighbors. The beach was clean. Would definitely like to stay here again with our whole family.

Spectacular View for evening cocktails at sunset

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo 94 we stayed at was perfect for my husband and me! It was well stocked with anything you would need for the beach to having a meal in the unit. They had plenty of pillows to choose from that ranged from soft to firm! The bed was pretty comfortable as well! We went to the beach and rented the cabana and umbrella which was perfect for the first three days. We then spent some time at the pool on the other side of Palm Bay Club by the bay and that was really nice as well. Staff in the office were all very pleasant and professional!

Very well equipped, nice furniture and bathroom. I would like to see the mattress replaced for our return visit next year. There is a canyon in the middle. Over great property!

It was very nice. The sunsets were amazing. Unit was nice clean and it was great that they had an umbrella that you could take to the beach. Cooper was very nice he brought out our beach chairs everyday. It was a pleasant vacation. We rented a car which was great. Unfortunately the pool you see from the balcony is not part of this property.

AMAZING STAY

What an amazing stay. The Palm Bay Club was as advertised and so much more. Beautiful grounds and amazing staff. My family was immediately impressed before entry to our room. This was only enhanced upon walking into our rental. What AN AMAZING condo! Every bit of attention was paid to the fine details to make our week-long stay perfect. There may not be a better view of the sunset in Siesta Key than there was from our balcony. From the decor, to the cleanliness, down to the little things like beach chairs and multiple appliances. They did not miss any details to make this place one of my favorites i've stayed in in all my travels. Its not a matter of if I book this condo again, its a matter of how soon can i book it again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Palm Bay Club many many times. Have always been pleased and enjoyed out stays except this time. Unit 094 was located right across from the trash/laundry room which made it very noisy. The unit itself was cheaply furnished. The white curtains the living room area had huge brown stains on them. The knives were almost all rusted and the kitchen was stocked with very old unusable items. We stayed a month and it was definitely not worth the money we paid. I will say the partial view from our unit was decent enough and the security and property staff were all great as usual.

Wintertime Getaway

We stayed for a few nights during a Christmas-time vacation. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the space was just the right size for the two of us during our short stay. The location is close to the Village and easy access to the beach. Very secure and overall great stay!

Our favorite spot!

We have stayed in unit 94 twice. Our first experience was so good, we decided to go again. Second time was just as great as the first! The condo was so clean. It is equipped with everything you need. The king bed is very comfortable and the view is fantastic. We will be returning!
