About this property

This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds, both with 32" flat screen TVs. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The spacious living room is equipped with a 55" Smart flat screen with FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. Also, the couches are new and electrically reclines for comfort. The lovely open kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. To enlarge the living area, the patio has been incorporated into the living room.

Great condo and location

Our third trip to Siesta Key and won’t be our last. Condo was very nice and clean, quiet and convenient. Grounds/facilities are well kept and clean. Great location. Would definitely book again.

Palm Bay Club Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip was wonderful once it finally happened. We were supposed to be there in December but our flight was cancelled. Property management was less than accommodating. We had to rebook for a less desirable time without getting any refund.
