About this property

Unit 326 - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Side Corner Condominium

This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side with a direct view of the Intercostal Water Way. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. Both bathrooms have convenient shower/tub combinations. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker . The condo completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio overlooking the bay that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

We don't want to stay anywhere else. The location is central to "both villages" and the property is beautiful. I do understand the cost per night is increasing, so not sure if we will be back, but we will soon decide.

I'm good with at the tables etc but when there are multiple empty beer cans on edge of pool and more in hands in the pool, it's a bit much. I was given the rules to live by and it said this was a no no, once again not discouraged in coming back, just hopefullnthat pool will be more family oriented.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very dated. Mediocre bathrooms and the kitchen is in poor condition. For instance, the burners on the electric stove are all out of kilter. Makes it hard to fry an egg without the egg going to the edge of the pan.

Reviewer Comments: I always stay at Palm Bay when I travel to Siesta Key - love the grounds/mgmt/location and I would say all the condos until this one - great location but found a moldy shower curtain when arrives/mold on the ceiling - the contents (furniture/blinds/dishes/etc) were the lowest quality - comparing this to the 6 other condos we have stayed in - condo needs some work from the owners to keep up with the reputation of Palm Bay - I will stay again for sure but not in 326. We did notify mgmt of the shower curtain and they were there in 5 min to change - I would rate Palm bay 5 but 2 for the condo

Furniture very cheap and uncomfortable, kitchen sparsely supplied, no ceiling fans. holes in the walls/ AC did not cool bedrooms, ceiling fans would have eliminated ihat problem. Relatives stayed in other units and their furnishing were muxh better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This particular rental unit was very dated with old uncomfortable furniture that was not setup for a family of 4. The unit was not very clean with an obvious cockroach problem. We caught 4 live ones with 1 already dead behind the couch. Maintenance did come down and place traps and the front office did have bug company come out the following day. However we slept in the vehicle the first night we noticed the bugs. There were apparently no available rooms for us to switch to, so we slept with all the lights on and both kids in our bed for the remainder of our stay! After staying at Palm Bay Club for many years, We definitely will never stay in room 326 again and will explore other resorts in the future!

While the unit was clean, it could definitely use some updating, especially kitchen and bathroom. None of the three TV's worked. Picture was pixilated. could not get regular TV, just streaming shows. Absolutely no pressure in the shower heads in the bathroom.
