About this property

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed with a 24" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has carpet in both bedrooms and is tiled throughout the common areas. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had never been to siesta key, went with Palm Bay. We made the right choice! The property is gated with 24 hours security. The property to has access to the bay for sunrise and dolphins and access to the beautiful beach and sunsets. We had a large group and rented a total of 4 condos and every one was great! France and his ENTIRE staff were incredible ! We will be back annually. Ryan E
