Beautifully Remodeled and Updated 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom- Amazing View of the #1 Beach (Unit 38) | This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the third floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, while the bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV, both with HD TV service and a DVR. The bedroom has two queen size beds for sleeping. The bathroom has a remodeled walk-in shower. The currently remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. Patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

The property and customer service exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful experience. The location of the property is outstanding, the unit was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, there was even extra beach chairs. We love this property and this unit in particular! This was our second stay here and we’ll be back. Just a few steps from the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen with filtered water and a Keurig. Spacious, walk in shower. Being able to open your eyes in the morning and see the beach. That view at the bar with your coffee every morning. Just perfect!

Pros: Easy access to the beach, beach chairs available, pool on-sight, beautiful view, upgraded kitchen, nice appliances, spacious closet (we fit a pac-n-play in it), covered/close parking! Cons: Air conditioner emits a musty smell, no balcony, only one screen on the main window so we didn’t really open the windows since sand, etc. would blow in.

We did have 2 concerns. 1. The beds were creaky. For four nights we had 4 people in the unit and with any movement, it was noisy. 2. The washcloths were so rough, it exfoliated our skin. I would recommend replacing.

Get away for a middle aged couple

No hot water in bathroom sink. Never could wash makeup off properly the entire stay. Beds squeak. Had to call front desk twice due to no worker to bring beach chairs on the beach. Waited so long that had to have husband drag two lounge chairs to beach. An inconvenience for what we paid for. Other than that stay was okay! View was great! Loved the shades! Plenty of nice towels! AC was on point!

Great Condo

This condo is like new with its recent updates. The beds are extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, I had a rainy weekend but I enjoyed the views of the beach and ocean from the unit and did get some good walks on the beach in. People in units across the street had to drive across the street and drop off their beach gear. This unit is right on the water so you can just walk out your front door. The Palm Bay Club provides plenty of lounge chairs on the beach for guest use which is a great bonus. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans. The location is great as well - a quick drive across the bridge to stores and if you want to stay on the key, there are plenty of restaurants right there.

I would recommend The Palm Bay Club and this unit to anyone. Very clean, great location, good view. Being able to walk straight out onto the beach is the best way to stay in Siesta Key

Perfect!

Great location, easy check in and out, couldn’t get any better. We rent bikes for the week and ride the beach or into the village for food and beverage. The beach is fantastic, the pool was warm, no complaints.
