Unit 72- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This newly renovated, one bedroom one bathroom gulf front condo is located on the seventh floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room, dining room and patio areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two queen size beds and a 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is equipped with a grab bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The windows open also so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.

Beautiful View & Comfortable Space

The VIEW is beyond your wildest dreams. It is oceanfront and gorgeous. The windows open so you can hear the surf while you sleep. Comfortable space which was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Honeymoon stay for two 68year olds

All i would add is an open balcony. 3 nights, really only 2 days due to checking in after dark and having to leave by 10a.m. Lovely beach, both guests and staff were nice. Other activities looked great, in passing.

Beautiful Stay at Palm Bay!

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, clean, well furnished, nicely decorated! The wall behind the TV is a mirror, which threw me off a bit, but got used to it!The view was out of this world!! I wish the pool was a little closer to the Tower, but being RIGHT THERE on the beach was PERFECT!

Amazing views!

We had a really nice stay. The condo was really nice and clean. The building is steps from an amazing beach. The check in process was simple, the complex feels very safe and parking was super convenient. The condo had a nice layout, beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The views from the unit are absolutely amazing!! I will definitely book this unit again!

We were a bit disappointed in the lack of other amenities. There are to go coffee/drink mugs, no wine stopper, no beach chairs or umbrella, pans weren't in very good shape, etc. There are other condos that provide many more amenities. Overall, it was fine, but definitely required purchasing more items for the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time staying at Palm Bay Club this year we stayed in #72 the view was amazing. The condo is very dated and needs some upgrades the furniture in the pic is not what is there. There is only 1 ceiling fan in the unit and it is in a ceiling cove in the kitchen so it does not circulate any air at all in my opinion. The bathroom has no exhaust fan which is not cool it’s like a steam room when you get out of the shower which is gross! They only supplied 1 blanket and the rest were comforters sorry but I don’t sleep with heavy comforters. We called the front desk they said the owner supplies that but that they would check the laundry to see if they were there they did bring up another comforter but no blankets. The condo was clean but just ok considering the previous units we stayed in. I sure hope they get a bathroom exhaust fan put in along with a ceiling fan somewhere else in the unit.

The condo was as describe with gulf frontage and view and adequate for our needs (2 people) but probaly too small for 4 adults! Check in was simple once WE contacted the managers to find out how and where we were to checkin.. side note...we never did find the hot tub! The apartment was clean, but a little worn with dirt around edges and on doors. Location made it worth the price as beach front properties were hard to find as we were booking at the last minute.

Beautiful View, Beautiful Beach

We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Everything in the condo was as it was supposed to be, except the picture of the living room is of a nice sized sectional but now there's a sofa and reclining chair. Stunning view, stunning beach, rentals easy and accessible.
