Unit 62- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf front condo is located on the 6th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit, which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds and a 43" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout and also has a 55" TV in the living room with Direct TV service as well. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico which will make your stay a memorable one.

Very nice condo

The resort was very nice, as was this unit. The view directly overlooks the wide Siesta Key beach and the ocean. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Place!

What a beautiful place with the best view imaginable! Very clean, beds were very comfortable! For location, to the beach is A+, I gave location a lower rating only because we didn't realize in order to eat out we would have to take transportation every time (If you don't cook). We were under the impression the village was within walking distance and should have rented a car. Other than constantly having to take transportation to leave the beach to eat/shop--our stay was excellent!

The open balcony was definitely the best part, and we watched the sunset almost every night. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The mirrors made it easy for many people to get ready at the same time. Loved it and can't wait to go back!!

2nd time at Palm Bat Great stay, very clean

Moms: the blackout curtains are amazing!! Helped a lot for naps with my reluctant nappers. I will say the beds are pretty high up for whatever age is traveling. Our first stay we had a corner unit so this one felt a bit smaller, but with our family size it was really all you need! GREAT outdoor space! Being on the beach it was quite loud the one night with some teens gathering, I felt that the property was responsive in dealing with it and it didn’t seem to happen the following evening. We have loved coming here the last 2 summers!!

The condo was perfect for us - comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, spacious closet, but the open gulf-front balcony was our favorite spot. The view was incredible - we saw dolphins as well as a manatee! The white sand beach was gorgeous and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered - front office, general manager, security, maintenance, housekeeping - every single person was warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We can't wait to go back!

The PBC is a great place to stay, the grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly, fair, and helpful. The security team is friendly and keeps a watchful eye on the property. We were in the tower, Unit 62. The Unit is perfect for viewing the beach and gulf, while clean it is outdated and needs a refresh. That said, I would recommend the unit and Palm Bay Club for your vacation.

We appreciate the staff at Palm Bay so much- they are all friendly and helpful. Smiles everywhere you go.😁 It is why we come back every year! One suggestion we have for this unit is it desperately needs new pillows on both beds. The current ones are flat and hard. Overall, though just a spectacular unit. 10 stars on the comfortable outdoor chairs with ottomans - every place should have comfie outdoor lounging furniture- makes all the difference! Thank you for another wonderful vacation in Paradise! Can’t wait until 2025!

Beautiful balcony

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On-site security and beach staff were very helpful and friendly. Unit was good, not great. Shower and sinks were very low pressure and slow to drain. Cracked tile, caulk, etc. Beds were very comfy and furniture was nice. The beach of course is beautiful, so the balcony is a major plus, but when we were there, there was such a terrible sewage smell, we couldn't even stand to be by the water. Would recommend bringing your own paper products, toiletries and pillows. Location to town, shopping, dining, is not great, and doesn't seem to be on a trolley stop, so would recommend a car if staying here.

Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying at the Palm Bay club in the tower building gulf front condos this year we rented condo #62 Beautiful condo very clean our only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was very weak and one of the beds when you first walk into the bedroom was like sleeping on a brick my suggestion would be to purchase a mattress topper to make it a little more comfortable for their guests. Other then that nothing compares to the view off that balcony and the walk to the beach it’s just amazing We love it there and we’ll come back will come back yearly! The beach is absolutely beautiful and clean you get lounge chairs you can rent umbrellas etc. on the beach through a website daily the only bad part is the last day we were there we rented a umbrella and by the time we got out there they said they were taking them all down because there was a storm rolling in in the storm never rolled in until 7 PM in the evening so we lost out on $22 for a umbrella rental which that kind of stinks I felt as though they were ripped off because there was no storm at all until late evening it was sunny all day 😞 but just an FYI it was not Palm Bay club that rents the umbrellas etc. it is a separate company. Love Palm Bay Club and Siesta Key, Florida ❤️

The condo was as described, the view from the bedroom,living room and the balcony was just breathtaking..The beach was spectacular kept clean and irrigated everyday. This property is very well maintained. You literally walk right out on the beach.very secure building and parking.We will be back again same unit, same beach. Different year.

Such a beautiful beach

The Palm Bay Club is a well run resort. Everyone was professional and kind. We stayed in the tower. Suite 62 which was very comfortable. The balcony was so nice for early morning coffee and for evening sunsets. The room was clean and the beds super comfortable. The only thing that would have been nice is a restroom on the first floor or beachside for those of us that were on the beach all day. Going back to the room multiple times is not convenient. Also, the pool is up front by the office so there's no view and a hike from the tower.

Beautiful views of Siesta Key Beach

The property was perfect for my husband and I, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen and living area were sufficient for the two of us. The view of Siesta Key Beach was amazing. The property was very nice with great amenities and the personnel were so helpful. Someone was there to take the provided beach loungers to the beach for us and having umbrellas available to rent made this the perfect place for us.

One spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a nice outdoor patio, but we found the living room a bit tight. It’s perfect for a couple, or a family with one, maybe two smaller children. Would feel crowded with more than three adults. Kitchen is small, with basic cooking provisions. It’s fine for fixing quick & simple meals.
