*****Newly Remodeled Kitchen with quartz counter tops in this lovely Corner Unit.!!!***** This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, there is a spacious elevator in the center of the building. Because of its third floor, corner location, there is a partial view of the beach and the gulf. There is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 48" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has a new queen size bed and a new full size bed with a 42" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both equipped with grab bars. The Living Room has new leather furniture and a 65 inch Samsung Tv with HD TV service for your viewing pleasure. The modern spacious kitchen has granite counter tops. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a Mr. Coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine. This condo is fully tiled throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

We have all moved our residences to new places for various reasons but make it a point to get back together for this one week at Siesta Key. The beach, the restaurants, the shuttle service, the fishing, the steak BBQ on the beach, and, of course, the Palm Bay comfort, all make for a great vacation week with old friends.

Loved the sunsets and sunrise on the gulf side, even saw some dolphins. The rooms were clean and spacious. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings was so relaxing. The heated pool was also enjoyable later in the day or after a game of pickleball. I’d highly recommend this unit as well as The Palm Bay Club. All staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely unit and we look to rebook this particular one in the future. Compared to the other units our friends stayed in, ours was the cleanest, most updated. We celebrated Thanksgiving dinner and hosted. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close walk to the beach, laundry was a very nice amenity downstairs and parking was right outside.

Loved the privacy and gated community, well kept, with beautiful palm trees lining the breezeway leading to bayside for amazing sunrises and gulf side for the beautiful sunsets. Workers there were so helpful and pleasant. Also so very nice to accommodate guests with lounge chairs and they keep beach very clean and white sand is just amazing! Great convenient trolly access to local shops and restaurants. One of best vacations. 10 out 10 for me, i should have just stayed longer. Already booked same room for a longer stay next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice. It is the closest club unit to the beach. It was clean and well appointed. The security staff was helpful for our late arrival. The front desk however played down my concern for difficulty of using the keys, they were not helpful at all for finding a place to work, buy seafood or find a coffee shop, and they completely ignored the fact that the WiFi went out for our last day.

Unit 149 Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 149A for 6 days surrounding the memorial day weekend. The Unit is a 2 BR and 2 Full Bath Unit although the description states is a 1BR, 1.5 BA Unit. The Unit was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen and 2nd bath were recently updated and everything was in good working order. It was nice to have a rolling Cooler to take to the beach daily (although one of the wheels is broken and should be fixed). There were also a couple of beach chairs that we were able to bring with us to Sanibel Island for a quick day trip. The Palm Bay Resort is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the bayside pool and hot tub as well. All in all it was a wonderful stay for a family of 4 for 6 days and we would definitely stay in this unit again in the future. Do yourself a favor and head to the Ritz to the waterfront restaurant for a nice treat! Worth the price of admission!!!
