Professional host, very easy and quick to communicate with. The property is in a great spot near an interstate, dining and entertainment. It is right next to an ambulance dispatch so there were some sirens, but nothing I’d complain about. The house is old and the layout somewhat unconventional, but I’d definitely stay there again.

Host was very responsive. Nice older house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Really enjoyed our stay and watching our Indiana Hoosiers win the Peach Bowl!!!

Overall great place.

House was great for a golf trip and four people. Plenty of parking in the street out front and it’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I would definitely book again!

House was great. The location was central to a lot and we had tons of space. The stairs to the front door could be challenging for young families and adults with trouble taking steep stairs. Overall, it was comfortable!

Space and location was great!

Three families met up here for a weekend and it was great! The space was perfect for adults to socialize while watching the kids play. The upstairs is so nice and cozy. Overall very impressed and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Christmas gathering

The property was perfect for our families Christmas celebration. We had family travel from Ohio, Florida and Alabama. There was plenty of room for all 11 adults to relax and visit . The kitchen was large, which was a plus, since we cooked several dinners in. Well stocked home, made it easy to just show up and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again. Added plus down the street from fun local place… Manny’s.

717 Woodward is a super home in a great location for activities all around Atlanta including only 15-20 minutes to/from ATL airport. The area is loaded with convenient shops, grocers, coffee shops and restaurants and downtown is only a few minutes away. We were in town for a family event with folks coming in from all over....plenty of space, bathrooms, and comfortable amenities. Most of all, Hope was engaged during our entire stay, checking to make sure there were no problems and answering questions as they occurred. The VRBO property description was super accurate; check-in/out instructions were simple and clear. Probably the property I have rented using VRBO. Thank you, Hope, for sharing this great property with us!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again. The location was one of the biggest highlights—being so close to the Atlanta BeltLine made it easy to access great restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions. It was a convenient home base for exploring many of Atlanta’s popular attractions.The rental was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was a good mix of quiet and convenient. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was simple and hassle-free.If you’re looking for a comfortable place with easy access to everything Atlanta has to offer, I recommend this rental.
