This was our second stay and everything was great again. The place is extremely clean and ready for guests. We even had our son, daughter-in-law, and grandbaby over for Sunday breakfast before flying out. They love the place as well. Even though we were gone most of the time, it was wonderful coming back to the h0use to unwind and sleep.

Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed not having to purchase small things and could get settled easily. The laundry area was clean and easy to use and also came with supplies that was greatly appreciated. Rooms were nicely decorated, kid friendly, and comfortable. The host was quick to respond to questions and helped us to relax after a long day.

Great stay in Carmichael!

The home was perfect for our family trip to visit relatives. From the great location to the wide open floor plan to the added bonus of a Sunday farmers market right across the street - this home offered us everything we needed and we would definitely rent again!

Nice house. Clean and well appointed. Approximate location on VRBO map was not entirely accurate, so it was a little further than our target stay area near family. House was not ready but host was apologetic and worked hard to get it ready for us while offering a small refund. Good communication overall.

GREAT LOCATION

This house is perfect for a stay if you have family or friends at Mercy San Juan. My mother had a week long stay at the hospital after surgery and we stayed at this very nice, clean, comfortable house for a few days so we wouldn't have to drive over an hour from our home.
