Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. World-class skiing, year-round cultural events and robust seasonal activities characterize Park City, home of Marriott's MountainSide, providing you the ultimate in Park City ski lodging. The MountainSide offers multiple outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, pool, fitness center, convenience store, kids room, along with daily family activities. There are also many dining options within a couple minutes walk from the front door. Along with being one of the most convenient locations for skiing that Park City has to offer, the MountainSide is a short walk to historic Main Street, assorted shopping and dining, and the free Park City shuttle, offering bus service to the whole Park City area.

** All villas are assigned at check in

** Marriott's MountainSide uses a rotation system for unit location. The rotation system helps give equal opportunity for Owners and Guests to enjoy all the views the property has to offer.

** Please note - that the resort can only store packages for one week prior to arrival. Any packages received before that time, will be returned to sender.

** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying.

Excellent Vacation Place

I highly recommend Marriott Mountainside for your vacation travel. Everyone there was extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. From the ski valet to the pool to the hot tubs to the grilling stations, everything was clean and efficient. Underground parking was amazing too.

Great Park City Ski Vacation

The listing was exactly as advertised. We had great interactions with the resort staff, both at the Marriott and the Epic mountain teams. If you want real "event", take the Snowed Inn Sleigh Ride & Dinner. We're looking forward to come back next year.

We love it!

This vacation rental was amazing, totally family friendly, activities por everyone every day, walking distance for Ski school, restaurants, shops, and bus tops ( no need for a car ever ). really in the snow, ski/snow board valet (free) , front desk are really helpful and clean ..... really clean. Great location for skiers

The location is a perfect ski in, ski out location. Easily accessible to any section of the mountain that you want to ski. The drawback is that there are no restaurant or lounge on the property...and the ones in walking distance close early...some as earlier as 6pm. That said it is a short Uber ride and there were plenty of Ubers available.

Top of the list!

My family and I went to the Marriott Mountainside for a ski vacation. I was there with my 2 kids (6 and 8years old), as well as my mom, sister and her husband. This vacation had something for all ages. The service from Vacation Candy went very smooth. The hotel is the ideal location, the size of the room was perfect and offered the right amenities. The common areas of the hotel offered family and adult fun. the staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. we also loved all the hotel activities. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in a phenomenal ski trip.

2024 Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott’s Mountainside Resort in Park City. The resort has a lot of amenities-a nice gym, free Ski Valet, and lovely heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis, to name a few. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. One of the bathrooms was not as clean as it should have been but that was quickly corrected by housekeeping. Two things stood out about this resort: First was the location-it was amazing for ski-in/ski-out. Second was the resort staff. They were kind and always quick to respond to any requests or questions. We will definitely stay there again!

A cozy retreat in the Heart of Park City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott's MountainSide during our visit to Park City. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the comfort of the accommodations. The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of snowboarding. The living space was spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding. There was even a kid's club and a game room to hang out in. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub was MASSIVE. We literally skied right into the hotel swimming pool area. :) The one thing I missed immensley was a hotel bar. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I cannot wait to return next year!

Amazing Family Ski Trip

We loved staying with our family at Marriott Mountainside for our yearly ski trip. It was super simple to fly in and out of SLC. The resort is only 35 minutes away (Can't beat that!!). The mountain is amazing. Tons of snow and great lifts. We loved the hotel. Amazing location right at the base of the mountain. Easy access to the mountain through PayDay and Crescent lifts (not a long lift line, unlike the Gondola). Spacious rooms, loved their hot tub/pool area overlooking the mountain and fire pit area for smores and hot cocoa, great amenities for all ages, kids playroom, pool and ping pong tables for teens, friendly staff, and the cherry on top, covered garage parking included!

Marriott's MountainSide at Park City

We loved the proximity of the resort to the slopes! It was also very close to downtown and an easy Lyft or Uber ride away. The hot tubs and pool were great! The activities and specialties (chili night, hot dog/sausage night, etc.) were a lot of fun and the kids loved it. I would recommend MountainSide to anyone planning to ski Park City/Canyons!
