Property is as advertised. A hotel room with a kitchenette. Gym equipment was not available, but we arrived late and left early, so just what we needed.

Fraudulent listing

This was NOT a VRBO. This is a run down suite hotel that has no business showing up on VRBO. It should NOT be allowed on their site. My husband believed it was a true VRBO. It's a booking site for hotel rooms. This Sonesta Simply Suites hotel is in disrepair and there is no reason why Room Picks should be allowed to remain on the VRBO website.

Not what I expected

The hotel is old and stinks of mold. My room was even worse. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that had no towels. Carpet gross and sticky. Someone’s old dishes left in the fridge. Table tops and counters still had dirt and drink rings from last guest. Just overall nasty
