This historic little guest house boasts an incredible location for wine tasting and gorgeous views. Located adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard and RoxyAnn Winery, The Carriage House will not disappoint for your next getaway!

The Carriage House was built in 1911 and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. It sits adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard estate on the outskirts of Medford. A rural feel but close to many amenities. RoxyAnn Winery is a stone throw away located right next door. Approximately 10 miles to the Britt Festival Pavilion and 14 miles to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Crater Lake is only a 1 1/2 hour drive.
We are the perfect halfway point between Seattle and the Bay Area

Great stay

It’s lovely property, the cottage is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Winery right next door and though it is a working winery and orchard, things were quiet. Only thing I had an issue with was there were many dead bugs around and cobwebs in cabinets. Thank you for your hospitality and communication.

Marvelous accommodations

What a quaint and charming location! Everything was perfect for our need to getaway for business planning and relaxation. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the delicious BBQ. Once we got settled, there was no reason to leave all weekend. We will return!

Great Overall Experience!

We stayed for one night as a halfway stop on a drive from Portland to California. Had a truly lovely experience from the ease of check-in, free tasting, on-site BBQ pop-up and live music. Didn't know we needed to reserve a table for the music, but staff were very accomodating and even set up a table for us and our dog! Only feedback would be; 1) wifi was too weak/ inconsistent to be used 2) water pressure/ shower head made showering not really viable Regardless, we may have found our new go-to road-trip spot!
