About this property

This fresh designer apartment is located just a short walk to downtown Medford, steps to Bear Creek walking/running path and close proximity to Asante and Providence Medical Centers. Conveniently located just off the I-5 freeway, for a one night stop over, yet fully equipped with all you need for a longer hotel-suite-style stay. Cable Roku TV, WiFi, Mini-Split Heat/AC, Mini-Kitchen, Coffee, Tea, and Public Goods Toiletries. A great little home away from home for work-travel or vacation.
This was an old 1920's house that has been renovated into a triplex. This is an upstairs apartment.

Please note we have a 1 pet max and charge a $25 pet fee. Exceptions can apply for an additional fee upon request. No cats.

Our stay.

We were not notified that we were in an upstairs unit until the day before our arrival. The shower didnt drain properly so we were standing in water during our showers. We did enjoy the comfy bed.
